visited the restaurant on Saturday. They only acknowledged us when they took our drink orders. Apart from that, we were completely forgotten. Unlike other times, the restaurant wasn’t as crowded. It took us an hour and a half to receive our food. The next day, I fell ill with !!!!!!!! FOOD POISONING!!!!! I always order the same dish and have never gotten sick before. I didn’t eat anything after the burger. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Extremely disappointed with the management and rules at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings location.
We were told our family could not sit in the bar area solely because we had an infant with us. This rule makes absolutely no sense, as there is no difference between the bar area and the rest of the restaurant. The same food is served, alcohol is available throughout, and the environment is no different. The only difference was that management decided families with babies were not welcome in that section.
This was not only frustrating but felt discriminatory. Parents should not be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome simply for having children. The way this was handled showed poor judgment and a lack of respect for loyal customers.
We are regulars and were shocked by how outdated and unnecessary this rule is. If this is a franchise-wide policy, then we will not be eating at Buffalo Wild Wings anymore, period. No family should have to question whether they are welcome based on where they sit.
Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location, and as a mother, I have no desire to support a restaurant that treats families this way. Management should seriously reconsider their policies and how they impact customers.
Very disappointing experience overall.

I stopped by this Bdubs many times over the years (dine-in for lunch or carryout for dinner) and always had good experiences. The service was usually great and wings were consistently sauced, which is a problem at other buffalo wild wings. I can tell this location is well-managed. Definitely recommended!

I ordered the “Ultimate Sampler” from Buffalo Wild Wings expecting what was pictured on the menu — a variety of appetizers with their usual sauces. You know, like how they’re served when you order them individually. No cheese for the pretzels, no sauce for the pickles — nothing. Apparently, paying more means you get less.
As customers, we’re just supposed to assume it doesn’t come with their sauces, despite the online photo clearly showing that it does? It’s genuinely confusing how a place built around sauces manages to leave them out of their most “ultimate” appetizer. The photo is misleading, the logic makes no sense, and honestly, it just comes off as careless. At the very least, updated the photo to reflect what’s actually being served.

Chicken sandwich for a change….we all know the wings are hit or miss, so this time I opted for a buffalo chicken sandwich. You can specify the sauce. So I went with hot Buffalo. Surprisingly it was a very good, hot, juicy, crispy, meaty patty. The fries are decent, not great. Service was pleasant enough for the bar, but the bartender had no idea about beer specials despite posters hanging up throughout the place. No worries…she was super busy. Anyhow a good place to eat and catch a game! In a nice busy downtown area.

Reward member here for the past decade – have never had an issue getting cauliflower wings for my birthday reward as that is what I order when I’m there. For the first time ever, Angel, the store manager here, could not give me 6 cauliflower wings instead of chicken wings. I’ve never had an issue before, and how rude to be denied one order of cauliflower wings for my birthday. Would not recommend anyone giving money to this store.

Service and atmosphere can be great but terrible food ruins the experience. My girlfriend and I ordered 10 traditional wings each on Wednesday 5/22/24. The wings were rock hard, tiny, and barely contained any chicken. Worst wings I have ever had. I couldn’t finish them. Other than the terrible wings we had fried pickles and queso with chili dip. Those appetizers were good.

The food was good as usual, just seemed costly for the portions. The Elmhurst location has robots that deliver food to the tables now. The place was pretty dead for a Monday night. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, it was just ok. The potato wedges were awesome.
