I was picking up a DoorDash order for 13 cookies at this McDonald’s. When I arrived, I was told the store “did not have the order.” I immediately did the right thing and contacted the customer to inform them of the inconvenience.
Instead of helping or explaining calmly, the employee working the drive-through became angry and unprofessional, telling me to leave the drive-through in a hostile tone.
I parked and contacted DoorDash support, who instructed me to go back through the drive-through and place the order manually, assuring me DoorDash would cover it. When I tried to do that, the same employee raised his voice, arguing that DoorDash would not pay and repeatedly asking “who’s gonna pay for it?” before forcing me to leave the drive-through again.
After speaking with support a second time, I was told to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed, so I went back through, successfully placed the order, and proceeded to the window. Once the employee realized it was me, he refused to sell the cookies, even though:
• The order was for a paying customer
• The order was successfully placed
• I was following DoorDash’s instructions exactly
He continued to show attitude, hostility, and aggression, became upset that I was recording for my own protection, and even attempted to take photos of me and my vehicle. He then threatened to report me to DoorDash despite the fact that I did nothing wrong and was only trying to complete a customer’s order.
This behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and hostile. As a delivery driver simply doing my job and trying to satisfy a customer, I should never be treated this way. This situation could have been resolved calmly, but instead it was escalated entirely by the employee’s conduct.
I strongly recommend management and corporate review this incident, as this type of behavior reflects very poorly on the company and creates an unnecessary hostile environment for both customers and delivery drivers.
DoorDash drivers: avoid this location.

I went to this McDonald’s to pick up a DoorDash order for 13 cookies and was told the store “didn’t have the order.” When I tried to handle the situation professionally and contacted the customer and DoorDash support, the employee working the drive-through became angry, loud, and hostile, repeatedly telling me to leave the drive-through instead of helping.
DoorDash support instructed me multiple times to place the order manually (even confirming payment/reimbursement), yet the employee argued, raised his voice, and refused to cooperate. After I successfully placed the order, he refused to sell it to me solely because it was me, even though it was for a paying customer.
He also became aggressive when I began recording for my own protection, attempted to take pictures of me and my vehicle, and threatened to report me to DoorDash—despite me doing nothing wrong.
This location does not respect delivery drivers, does not follow proper online order procedures, and creates a hostile environment that can result in canceled orders, wasted time, and frustrated customers.
Drivers: don’t waste your time here.
Customers: expect issues, delays, or refusals if you order online.
You’ve been warned.
I noticed the fries asked for a new hot set and still got about 5pcs hot fries over the old fries and no creamer.
This location is relaxed with service and quality.
They don’t care about the community that keeps them in business I’ll never spend a di.e there again!!!! This is not the 1st ti.e either
