Applebee’s is a good go to place for any meal. You’re not going for quality but it is a good time and have good affordable options. Especially alcoholic drinks and app specials.

Got car to go service. Ordered Prime rib dipper with extra $2.99 prime rib option. They skimped out HARD on portions. What did I even pay the extra for?? Would not recommend for any dining or take out service unless you love wasting your money. Much better options out there.

I had reservations coming here prior to our movie at 7pm, given the history of chain restaurants. Ember and Eagle is closed on Sundays and my wife and I wanted a place for apps and a drink.
The place is excellent for watching sports due to multiple tvs everywhere while sitting at the bar. Maitre D was courteous and welcomed us to the restaurant. We sat at the bar.
I thought about ordering wings since I always try wings at every restaurant I go to, my favorite food, but for the price of $18 vs a full rack of ribs for $26, it was a no brainer. My wife ordered the sirloin steak rare and potatoes.
Surprisingly, our food was amazing. For the price that’s about $7-8 cheaper than Salt Creek Grille for $32ish, their ribs were scrumptious and fall off the bone tender. I had the Hot Honey sauce which was amazing. Yeah, it didn’t come with Parmesan waffle fries like SCG, but their fries were great, better than most fast food places.
My wife’s steak was cooked perfectly rare and for a sirloin it was great. Yes it wasn’t prime steak but it only costs $25 and not upwards of $80. Her steak was definitely better than Outback.
We concluded that it all depends on who’s cooking and I have to commend the cook who made our dinner on Sunday Aug 3 at 6pm. We have no complaints and if we are in town and need a good meal at a very reasonable price, Applebees in Eatontown is the place to go.

Applebee’s, we all know the deal. Nice meals, nice people, decent prices. I flew across the country, stayed at a shitty hotel (see Red Roof) but there was Applebee’s and I knew I was at least good for my dinner! Always exactly what you expect anywhere you go. It’s a straight up, normal food 5 stars. I think Applebee’s probably take pride in training their peeps. They are always excellent and kind no matter where you go. 5 stars to the trainers!

This has always been my and my best friend’s favorite restaurant, and in less than a month, we’ve already visited more than four times. Today, we just went to chat and order some drinks and an appetizer we always enjoy.
At first, the service was good, but as soon as the waiter realized we weren’t going to order much, he started acting indifferent, treating us coldly and ignoring our table. He seemed focused on someone else at the bar, joking and speaking in another language, while completely ignoring us.
Because of this behavior, we felt uncomfortable and ended up leaving without ordering what we really wanted. It’s a shame because we’ve always loved the atmosphere and food at Applebee’s, but this service completely ruined our experience. We hope situations like this can be avoided in the future.

This Applebees is definitely not friendly at all. You are not acknowledged right away when you first come in you must wait until the bartender and the hostesses are done their conversations first and then you can be helped. Customer service and friendliness rating in a toxic zero

Just shared a delicious meal here with friends. Arrived around 7:30pm without a reservation and we were promptly seated. The servers were incredible, even the one in training. The food was on point and met all of out cravings.

I used to come here late at night for the half price appetizers, more than 20 years ago. The quality was okay at the time and of course you couldn’t beat the prices. The prices are still okay but I find the food not the best quality anymore. This isn’t one of my favorite casual dining chain restaurants anymore. It’s just okay.

My husband and I came here for dinner. They have good appetizers (I enjoyed their BBQ boneless wings, mozzarella stick and chicken quesadilla). As an entree I enjoyed their chicken bowl. Also the servers are nice and you get your food pretty quickly. We did not like the taste of the burger we got, my husband commented it taste like a McDonald burger. It would be nice it they remodeled this place a bit, that will definitely bring more customers in.
