I visit this bojangles almost everyday. The staff is awesome. There is a young gentleman there by the name of Matthew he is absolutely awesome. He remembers my order every time. He makes my day everyday!!! When customer service is a thing of the past it is so refreshing to meet someone who has the best customer service!!! I have been dining here for 7 years due to its proximity to my home and lack of driving requirements. The food is consistently cold, yet management claims it is always fresh. Having worked in fast food, I can discern when food has been freshly cooked versus left sitting. Unfortunately, they often have food sitting out and the management is subpar. Furthermore, they rarely have the condiments requested.

Be careful when passing your card to the cashier. This morning the cashier took my card inside and before returning it, he proceeded to type or text something in his phone. Definitely made me suspicious.

Avoid during rush hours, the drive-thru staff simply can’t handle the congestion. I was asked to park in one of the Pick-Up Spots to wait on my food. I wasn’t given an estimated time or which item caused the delay. I sat in that spot for 30 minutes before entering the store to ask for an update. The floor staff had no idea I was outside awaiting my entire meal. But at least I got my drink, right! Special thank you for the cashier and manager for assisting me with my order today. I’d highly recommend just going inside to visit that team, certainly more capable of handling the rush hours and congestion. I truly understand mistakes will happen, however there was no accountability for the mistake or an apology for the misunderstanding. Second time this has happened to me this month, hopefully management will fix the issues by the time you’re reading this.

Hands down the best Bojangles I’ve ever been to was on my way to Raleigh to take a test and stopped in to get breakfast was the best Cajun filet biscuit and fries I’ve ever gotten place is kept spotless even the restrooms I had actually given up going to Bojangles because the ones in my town are usually disgusting in the food is horrible if they get you food that’s right. it was so good that me and my wife stopped on the way home for dinner and it was just as good if not better everybody working there and deserves a raise.
