Unfortunately, for someone like me who doesn’t eat beef, Five Guys offers very limited choices. Nearly all of their burgers are beef-based, leaving me on the sidelines. While there are vegetarian options like the veggie sandwich or grilled cheese, multiple reviews online describe these as lackluster — some even say they’re not worth ordering at all.

That said, my friends absolutely enjoyed their meals. They praised the made-to-order freshness, the ability to fully customize their burgers, and of course, the massive portion of fries, often spilling out of the cup into the bag. The free peanuts while you wait add a nice, quirky touch to the experience.

Some reviews do mention that the patties themselves are under-seasoned, requiring extra salt or sauces for flavor, though others appreciate the focus on letting the natural ingredients shine.

In summary, if you enjoy beef, Five Guys is a solid and satisfying choice for classic American burgers. But if you don’t eat beef, like me, the menu becomes quite limited. I hope they consider adding chicken, fish, or plant-based options in the future — that would truly make their great food experience more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.

They weren’t very nice on Monday night,when I came in for dinner. The cashier was rude to me too. I was disappointed and left very upset. They need to consider to be nicer and respectful. I won’t be coming in again. I don’t recommend coming here for dinner;especially them being overpriced and they are not perfections. 0/10 don’t recommend.

They weren’t joking when they said they don’t compromise their burgers’ taste. Their juicy patties and the freedom to choose toppings should be the standard for fast food burgers.

We were confused by the layout of the store though. We were greeted by the bags of flour stacked by the wall near the entrance. The use of regular and high tables seemed odd, and one regular table was protruding from the low wall separating the dining and kitchen areas.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, in fact I never experienced such disrespect from a franchise restaurant. My family and I were frequent visitors. Until tonight’s experience. My order was simple, a Little cheese burger for my wife ,regular cheese burger and a little cheese burger, for our 16 year old son, a regular cheese burger for myself. $57.24 later. My order was wrong. I was given a little cheese burger. When I took the burger back to the order taker, I said I think there was a mistake. I ordered a regular cheese burger. The worker spoke in his native language of Spanish, to his colleague. He asked me for the receipt. The person who originally placed order put 2 patties on the grill. When the patties were ready he added cheese and placed them on the bun, the second person came over, said something in Spanish, and took off one the patties , looked at me and said “We only charged you for a little cheese burger. You need to pay for a regular cheese burger. I told him to keep the cheese burger, I’ll just take my money back. Bad customer service and hint reverse racism. Not a good look, for a company that the entire staff appeared to be of Spanish descent. I hope my message reaches those who can make a difference.

This particular five guys is more or less meh. Not bad, not good. Just average. The best five guys I have found so far is the one in Westlake Center in West Seattle. Outstanding. Enthusiastic employees and manager. Actually pays attention when you ask for extra this or that.

Ordered delivery and when it got here it was cold and there was only one container of fries and it looks like the other got thrown into the bag . When I opened it it looked like garbage was thrown into my order . Never again !

Edit: last two visits fries were crispy and very good. Updating rating accordingly.

Consistent, the only problem is that the fries are consistently undercooked and have been since day 1 of visiting this location which is about 3 years now. The Uber menu doesn’t allow customizing orders to order them well-done either.

I’ve placed online orders for pickup twice, and both times the store messed up my order. This time, when I went to pick it up, they told me that an Uber driver had already taken it. I showed the order details on my phone, clearly indicating “store pickup,” but the female staff yelled at me to contact the company if I had an issue. I even showed my order information to two different employees, yet several staff members refused to even look at my phone.

It was such a bad day to go to five guys. The old man at the cash register couldn’t hear us and seemed pretty rude, both Coke were broken, it took 18 minutes to get our food, The french fries were undercooked, and the floors were filthy mess.
