Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant – Visit Fresno County
Reviews
This might be the best spot in the county for Chinese food. Definitely one of the best Chinese places that I’ve been to anyways.
We tried a lot of things, especially the dumplings. I enjoyed the hot and sour soup, and the Peking duck. However, out of… Maybe 9 menu items, we only had an issue with one, and that was the “Chef’s Special Dumplings.” It was supposed to be a seafood dumpling, but all of us (people in our group loved trying new foods) were put off by the aroma (not sure why). None of us finished that one. Apart from that one little hickup, it was a great experience.
One last thing I would like to mention, there is a problem with a lot of sitdown restaurants in America where the guest is not left alone by waitstaff because they are trying to get a tip out of them. This place does not have the problem. They brought food, refilled drinks, took away dirty plates without a fuss, and let us eat our food in peace. Polite, efficient, great service!
The food is 100% authentic. They also serve non-ethnic dishes for unadventurous Westerners, the American Chinese Panda Express kinda of stuff.
The food is absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portions are generous, and every dish we tried was delicious. The crispy Peking duck is a standout, and the hot and sour soup has the perfect balance of spice and tang.
What really sets this place apart is the value. For the quality of food and service, the prices are very reasonable. Whether you’re dining solo or with family, you get great food without breaking the bank.
Highly recommend Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant if you’re in the area—fantastic food, amazing service, and great value for money!
If you’re hunting for the most authentic dim sum in Fresno, Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant is the spot. Whether you’re craving American Chinese staples or traditional Cantonese fare, this place delivers—especially with dim sum, which is essentially the Chinese version of brunch, served through a variety of small steamer dishes meant to be shared. The best part? They offer dim sum during dinner—a rare and appreciated bonus.
1st picture:
Yangzhou Stir-Fried Rice & Fried Calamari
Both dishes were full of flavor and perfectly fried. The rice had great seasoning and texture—not greasy, and each grain separate.
2nd picture:
Black Bean Spare Ribs, Beef Meatballs, and Black Bean Chicken Feet
Every bite was packed with traditional Cantonese flavors. The meatballs were soft and juicy, and the chicken feet were flavorful and tender, exactly as they should be.
3rd picture:
Roast Duck
Crispy skin, tender meat, and just the right amount of fat. Excellent execution.
4th picture:
Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll (Cheung Fun)
Silky rice rolls with fresh shrimp inside—classic and done well.
5th picture:
Steamed Buns – Egg Custard & Golden Cream
Soft, fluffy, and filled with creamy, lightly sweet fillings. Great contrast of warm bun and smooth interior.
6th picture:
Mango Pudding
A refreshing way to end the meal—sweet, fruity, and light.

But I’ve gotta shout out my favorite dish—the Beef Chow Fun. Trust me when I say, it’s the best in town. That smoky, charred flavor from the wok (wok hei) is everything. You’ll regret not ordering it.

Whether you’re craving something classic or exploring dim sum for the first time, Four Seasons will blow your mind. Come hungry—and maybe with a few friends so you can order more to share.
Went with a group of 5 people here. We mainly came to try their dim sum. I’ve never had it before, so my opinion may be subjective.
We ordered an array of appetizers to try, and everything I had were good. The only plate I wasn’t a fan of was the Chicken Pork Sticky Rice. It wasn’t bad, just my least favorite.
Overall, a great dim sum experience. Definitely fulfilling. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend here.
