The food quality at this Wendy’s franchise is consistent with what you would expect. The dining room is well-maintained and clean. However, the staff, including management, exhibits a typical millennial attitude, which can make requesting a receipt or any extras on your order a bit challenging.

This location is always busy. The drive thru can be tricky during peak hours. Some cars enter in through the one way driveway and others come from the Arby’s parking lot. I’ve witnessed a lot of confusion (and aggravation) with the cars not willing to yield to others when the line is more than 5 cars long. The drive thru queue isn’t lined out too well. When you finally do get to the speaker, the wait to get your food is pretty quick. They are accurate just about every time and the fries are always hot.

I don’t know who the employee with the rainbow dyed hair is but they were so amazing and sweet. I went through the drive through about 30 mins before close and I felt bad but they were so nice and helpful and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I went through drive thru tonight 12/7/25 at about 930pm. Ordered a big bacon classic and that’s not what I received. I didn’t get the sauces I ordered. I honestly get that it gets busy I have worked fast food and I have also made mistakes but this now is the third time I have gone to this location I the last 30 days and my order has been wrong.

I ordered 2 double baconator burgers, 1 plain, which means no salad or sauce, right? Wrong it means no bacon too. I paid an extra $5 for bacon that is lalso not going on either. The food is overall very average and not enticing. $8 for this mess? The fries are still 6/10 but the burgers are a solid 3/10 below minimum price of entry.
Ask yourself Dave, why are we failing as a company? It’s because the food sucks. McD’s food sucks too but they make it taste good enough to sell billions more everyday. How? Go get some McD’s take out and try it. Check out the prices ? And see how seldom they get their order wrong, it happens but they figure out how to minimize and never argue with a guest about it.

I decided to do take out from Wendy’s this morning. They were quick, tasty, and the food still hot. Their “spicy chicken nuggets” are not really very spicy, but much better than regular chicken nuggets. Their sandwiches are always excellent.
The three young girls from Doordash who delivered it had “Not Hate” painted on their window, but a Mercedes car symbol instead of peace symbol. Maybe the incorrect symbol was a joke, not a major mistake. But it kept me laughing through my food.
