Went to pick up a doordash order last night around 11pm.. It took them like 20 mins to make the order even when they said it was already done then when I get to the window this is what I see!! Smh I dont want to see your underwear especially not at a restaurant!

On the doordash app when you select bbq sauce it list as honey mustard on receipt and they give honey mustard. Sometimes receipt even says bbq but still give honey mustard but 100% of the time I select bbq sauce. Something wrong with doordash app selection or something but it’s aggravating to pay extra for sauce and get wrong one 80% of the time

Every so often we will get breakfast from here on Sundays. 99% of the time, everything is absolutely on point. This morning, however, that was not the case. Our food was exactly what we expected, our coffees, not so much. We ordered mocha and caramel cold foams. I honestly don’t know why we bothered to order a flavor, as both coffees came out looking like this. The point of going out to get food is to not have to come home and doctor it up to match what you initially ordered. Idk man, as a fellow kitchen person, I feel like everything should be made relatively the same, every time, no matter who makes it. Especially in a corporate chain establishment.
PS- the absolutely wonderful Latina manager is ALWAYS on point, she needs a raise!

This place is dismally slow. So slow, I’m actually writing this review while I’m waiting in line. Four cars were in front of us and we just hit minute 20. I could have sat down at Silk Road and been eating already. No apology for the wait. Confusion at both the pay and pickup window. Not an apology for the wait, or a “your welcome” after thanking them for my (25 minute now) Frosty. If Wendy were a real person, her hair would now be gray.

Nina was absolutely wonderful! My twin brother and I stopped in while traveling through Indiana, and she made the visit such a delight. Her friendliness, professionalism, and quick wit truly stood out—she has a fantastic sense of humor!

Don’t get me wrong the food is good but the service is horrible we came this morning to get bacon egg and cheese croissant with six French toast sticks we’ve been here for over 30 minutes they’re just so slow here it doesn’t matter what day of the time you come they are slow they need more help

Friendly staff with speedy service, fresh and hot orders that were accurate. only downfall i could find was the app, we weren’t given the opportunity to choose our beverages it just stayed locked on tea and although the order goes through on the app there was a good waiting point for it to appear in the restaurant’s system.

This place has trash employees. Completely forgets to add any toppings to your burgers you ask for. Sauce? Forget about it. Utensils? Nope. These people do not care about you. Skip and go elsewhere.
