My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Bollywood Masala today and having such an incredible experience with Raj, who not only offered suggestions but adjusted the spiciness of the sauces for us both, as we were both first timers in Indian cuisine.
The experience was amazing, the food and taste, impeccable, and left us fans of Indian cuisine forever! Service and atmosphere was great and the music left you feeling relaxed and feeling happy as you enjoyed these wonderful dishes. Thank you Raj so much for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning soon!

My family and I went here for dinner, and I was truly impressed with the food, everything was delicious. The owner made my kids feel very welcome and even treated them to some ice cream, which they loved. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Our second visit here and we enjoy it every time. We have also been to their La plata location and it’s just as good. The butter chicken is simply Devine. This time we also tried the grilled meat combo and although it was good, my husband was missing some sauce element so he ordered a side of butter chicken sauce for his white rice and that did the trick.
Not pictured is their garlic naan with cilantro which is so yummy.
But my favorite of everything is their vegetable samosas that includes potatoes. It comes with with a mint cilantro chutney and a sweet tamarind sauce that is out of this world!!! Highly highly recommend this place for sure!

Would’ve given zero stars if possible. Came in right when they opened at 4:30 for a birthday dinner with a party of 5 with no one else in the restaurant area. We were seated and the hostess we had brought us water but barely spoke to us. After she brought the water we waited for about 15-20 minutes for someone to come take our order. People were coming in to get DoorDash orders and were serviced quickly but no one came to take our order. Instead, the manager was standing around talking to some other patrons at the bar, and our “hostess” was also sitting around talking to other people while staring at our table, still not taking our order. We eventually got up to leave and were just stared at as we were walking out and the hostess didn’t say anything about us leaving or even try to explain that she would be right with us. Also, the utensils were filthy with a hard substance caked up on the forks. I was excited to try this place but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. First impressions are everything and we weren’t made to feel welcome or comfortable at all.

I ordered veg tikka masala, assorted appetizers and naan and it was not good. I assume the veg tikka masala supposed to be sweet but it just straight up tangy like it was more a tomato based sauce than being creamy and sweet. The curry seemed like they just straight up tossed the raw vegetables in the sauce and served it. While I checked the samosa, they were pretty small size than normal. The naan looked appealing but they were not soft enough.

The only complaint I have is that when you come in to eat, the portion size is massive, but when you order for pickup its “snack size” and the cost is the same and their payment system wont let you enter card information for pickup orders without selecting a tip.

Was taken here to celebrate my birthday but unfortunately I forgot to get pics during our time inside restaurant. But we PLENTY leftover and the pics shown in this review are from my midnight crawl munchies @ home with candlelight. Can’t get more “exotic” than that!! I had the Chicken Makhni(aka “Butter Chicken” and the curry sauce and roasted meat were SOOOOOOO well seasoned that no salt was needed. My guest had Lentil Daal as she is vegetarian but had a lot of veg-friendly selections from the menu.
The garlic-cilantro buttered Naan bread was so fresh, soft and a good accompaniment for dipping in the spice-rich Makhni sauce! The only reason it didn’t earn a perfect 5-star for me was chaotic service in the beginning and our waiter was new and not even Indian/Asian and couldn’t offer basic explanations for menu choices. In his defense he did go back to get the manager to help us with a greater expert detailing of our various interested menu items. But on the other hand I think if you work somewhere you should have a basic, rudimentary knowledge of the dishes offered on the menu and their components/ingredients . Service needs improvement but the staff is eager to assist. But just solely based on the food itself, the food rating DEFINITELY earns PERFECT 5-⭐on it’s own!! Definitely coming back to sample other menu items. It Percent gets my recommendation for lovers of Indian, Caribbean or Asian cuisine in general ! Enjoy!

I ordered Lamb Vindaloo, when I got home I found out I was given another order of Chicken Tikka Masala instead. Also I placed an order for pickup, and when i got there I guess the manager just fired the cook and was back in the kitchen cooking so all orders were pushed 30 minute late….I don’t even know what to say to that…I guess life happens.
