Mistakes just keep happening. Today came in and ordered three number three meals. Should have gotten three large fries, three large cokes, and 6 cheese burgers. I got 5 cheese burgers and half full fries. I swear this used to be a great place but it’s so down hill now that if they weren’t one of the few choices for food in Knox there is no way they would survive. Idk what you changed over the last couple years but change back please.

Now McDonald’s isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a time machine. You walk in thinking you’ll get a quick meal, and suddenly you’re eight years old again staring at the menu like it holds the secrets of the universe.
I rolled up to the counter like, “I’ll just get something simple.”
That was my first mistake.
Because what is “simple” at McDonald’s?
A burger? Which one? There are 47 variations of the same cow with slightly different emotional backstories.
And don’t even get me started on the self-order kiosks. I tapped one thing and suddenly I’m customizing a sandwich like I’m building a character in a video game.
“Add bacon?”
Sure.
“Extra cheese?”
Obviously.
“Make it a meal?”
I have lost control of my life.
Also, trying to balance a tray on my lap while rolling to a table? That’s not eating—that’s a stunt. One wrong move and it’s fries everywhere, and now I’m part of the floor decor.
Final verdict:
10/10 nostalgia
3/10 fries (they were cold and mushy)
7/10 dignity (lost some during tray transport)

I just pulled up left away from McDonald’s. I sat there for over 40 minutes trying to get an order in and by time I got my food. That is the worst ethic of fast food I have ever heard of in my life and then when I got my food my fries are cold booyah

Went there yesterday night, waited over 45 minutes for my food. When I got it, it wasn’t even correct and I was missing an item, in which I was told it’d be another 15 mins for the correct item. Was offered a cookie as compensation? Extremely disappointed and won’t be back unfortunately

Always seem to mess up on something. Ordered two steak egg and cheese bagels this morning, one was smothered in sauce to the point of it being everywhere and the other one barely had any, also the one had almost no onions and the other one was fine.

So we decided we wanted a milkshake and we also got a couple of cokes. My milkshake was great but we also sweetened the pot with a couple of strawberry and cream pies which are my favorite only to be so disappointed with the pies and didn’t know it until we were already at the house. Hers what we opened our boxes up to see.
