My fiancée and I visited M. Bird in Tampa and really enjoyed our experience. The environment and vibe were great, with a beautiful view overlooking Tampa Bay. Even though we went on a busy Friday night, the bartenders were very welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even better.
We tried two of their popular food items (pictured in the review). The appetizers were good and the food overall had solid flavor. The only small note is that one of the sauces didn’t quite feel like the best match for the dish, but that’s more of a personal taste preference. The food was still enjoyable.
Overall, M. Bird is a great spot whether you’re looking to pre-game or celebrate something special. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

5 Stars it’s not enough. I was blessed to host my husband‘s 40th birthday party here last night. When I say he had the time of his life that is an understatement. Everyone was so kind. The service was amazing. They made sure he had the best birthday food was set up beautifully …drinks were phenomenal. It was the absolute perfect night. The views are spectacular special thanks to Amy for helping me coordinate! Lighting and ambiance was so pretty! Everyone had enough space to walk around and mingle in the area that we reserved. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were here for a work event. There was an area roped off for us. My husband really liked the food. He said it was the best food we had for the work event in the past 3 years. The only complaint was that plates and silverware ran out frequently and it took a very long time to replenish. The desserts were surprisingly terrible after such a good dinner. I don’t think we had a designated waitress, so it was quite difficult to order drinks. The views were pretty. The atmosphere was extremely loud. You had to stand close to other and scream so we could hear each other. I lost my voice from the event. The bass was so loud that are seats vibrated from the speakers. We will not return on our own.

We had the best experience with our server, Stevie, at M.Bird. It was a group of us reuniting in FL from NY, right before heading to the airport so it was our last hurrah of our trip – Stevie was incredibly hospitable and genuinely kind — which is so rare to find these days. She knew the menu very well and gave us great recommendations for both food and drinks. Everything she suggested was perfect. Her attitude was upbeat and welcoming the entire time, and she really made our visit feel special. We absolutely loved her and will definitely be asking for her again. Highly recommend!

When I tell you, customer service goes a long way with me, I mean it. After having a small misunderstanding with valet, we came in a little flustered. Sam stepped in and saved the day. By far one of the best bartenders I’ve ever experienced as far as professionalism, attentiveness, and an outgoing personality. The atmosphere was amazing and the DJ was on point. The drinks were also aesthetically pleasing and good. Can’t wait to go back.

Luis Masi Bama Destin and Troy were amazing security guards. A couple patrons were getting out of line and they handled it so professionally and made everyone feel so so safe. I even witnessed them having to stay late just to make sure one of the girls got home safely, even when she was having a temper tantrum. They remained calm cool and collected, they are saints. The atmosphere is beautiful. Great music. The food was delicious and the drinks fantastic. Definitely recommend.

It’s St. Patty’s Day on the River! This place was packed with people and the restaurant handled it so well! They have a security guard watching so nobody gets out of control with fun. Thank you! The food was delicious! We loved the atmosphere! You can’t beat rooftop with friends with the green river, sunshine, and awesome food! We will definitely come back again.

Brought party of 7 and was told we can sit anywhere so picked 1 spot after we waited for awhile to be seated. After being told to order and sit in open area, we did just that. We ordered several drinks and as we started enjoy our drinks, not too soon after the waitress came by to kick us out because they have a reservation coming. So we moved to another spot and less than 15 min, exact same waitress came and told us the same thing to move because she had a reservation coming.
What kind of crappy service is this? We ordered plenty of drinks, spent good amount of money with nice huge tip for the bartender yet she made it absolutelydifficult to enjoy our time. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND spending any money or time here. Total embarrassment for brining my guests here.
