Just moved so I’m now going to this location after going to blvd one and the manager Amber Cupples having a personal problem with me. Always ignorant to me if my drink needed remade. How hard is it to get a frappe blended twice! I’ve even had managers tell me they can tell a difference by looking at it. Today I went thru drive thru and had to keep telling person taking my order to please make sure it’s extra blended (bc it’s not half the time) when they went to hand it to me I see ice pieces instantly and I nicely ask to be remade and Amber pokes her head out and says “we’re not doing this everyday” well then make sure it’s extra blended! Funny how the next one give to me was smooth! How’s a manger get mad bc they have to do their job. I don’t want to have to ask for it yo be remade! It’s quite frankly aggravating. You don’t treat loyal customers who spend their $ everyday there like they’re a nuisance! Do better.

Took over 30min just to get it right. came through the drive thru, gave them my order with very specific details. Didn’t get it right, so i walked in and kindly let one of the employees know. He requested the manager, and so i told the manager what all was wrong with my order. After they “corrected” my order, i checked again and discovered they didn’t give me my basket of fries. So i had to tell the same employee again. i don’t recommend going to this McDonalds Location! Very disappointed.

Was second in line and waited in line for 7 minutes because they shorted the people in front of me. Once they asked the people to move forward, I got my order of 2 large fries. Since the fries were sitting on the counter the whole time the manager and the people in front of me were talking, the fries were luke warm. My mother opened the bag to get her fries and she said “oh my God”! I looked in the bag and what we got was 2 medium fries in large fry containers. Had been ripped off from this place before, so I took a picture of the fries. I will definitely be calling the manager for a replacement. ALWAYS check your food BEFORE driving away from the window! This place is going downhill, and I mean fast!

Tables are almost always dirty you have to tell the employees how do there job wipe down the tables. Customer service on night crew is poor & very good on morning crew. Maintenance guy MIKE who works mornings is an excellent worker all other maintenance employees need some additional training.

Big Mac because you can get a large fri and also you will be able to eat their secert sauce that they put on they the Big mac you get 2 burgers and 4 buns and lettuce and pickles and one last thing you can also get on your Big mac their sauce or you can sub it out with whatever you want to eat. There staff there is great because they also ask when you are done ordering they would always put up your order on the screen too see if it’s right.

large Smoothie came with no whipped cream, paid extra for that. Caramel Frappe doesn’t even look like a frappe. ordered No onions on Cheeseburger and Double Cheeseburger got onions. Mcchicken was ordered with no lettuce and paid extra for extra mayo. Received no extra Mayo and one chicken with lettuce and one mcchicken with nothing on it. I would not recommend this Mcdonalds ever again and this is the one I usually use.

Asked for extra breakfast sauce for my bagel, which is suppose to come with two strips of bacon. Instead, got less sauce than if I had just got the regular amount, and one piece of bacon cut in half. At $5+ a sandwich, I’d appreciated if y’all did better.
