The drink fountain was unkempt and juices were empty (at 12pm during lunch a.k.a when it’s busy) the garbage bins didn’t have any liners, and last but not least for some reason there were 2 people manning the cash register yet I somehow wasn’t given a receipt. Also nobody bothered to wipe off the tables. The white rice also needed more lime juice. Only positives were the pricing for a chicken burrito was still reasonable, and I didn’t bother leaving a tip so that’s money saved. This Euclid chipotle location used to be a surprisingly good 4/5 star location 3-4 years ago, now nobody here cares. As a customer neither should you.

Came in here and was disrespected and given the most unprofessional service I’ve ever had this lady is rude and doesn’t even deserve to have a job its disgusting how do you work in customer service and speak to people the way you do I didn’t even want her making my food she was acting like doing her job was a burden they were online only and she was rude about that I asked for a side of vinaigrette she said order it online but there’s no button for it she made it literally Impossible then went on to say that you can only get one per persin if I’m paying for anything, then I can get whatever I want. This lady is rude and needs to be fired immediately and you should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring such a rude and disrespectful and nasty employee

valentine’s day night crew was awesome! the person working the line was super fast and efficient, and anytime she communicated with the rest of everyone (cooks, cashier, etc) they actually all replied to her with a “heard” (if you know you know). the store was busy but the line moved quickly and i couldn’t ask for anything else. kudos!

We are finally done ordering food from chipotle when home. This is the closest location to our house, so unfortunately, if we order online for delivery, this awful location is where it originates from.
The orders are wrong more than 50% of the time, the portions of sides make no sense (Imagine an absurdly large container of salsa with barely enough chips to cover the bottom of the bag).
Going in person is a nightmare with how few of the staff are actually working. They stand around and ignore customers.
Tonight they mistook guac for queso and I’m just tired of it. I’ve worked different levels of food service. This isn’t rocket science if you put forward a modicum of effort

So tired of walking into Chipotle and being told they’re “online only right now.” How is anyone supposed to know that before showing up? It’s already taken time out of my day just to get here. And there are workers standing right here in front of me. How hard is it to throw some food in a bowl for me real quick and send me on my way? Y’all are just lazy for real.
You’re telling me I have to sit here and place an order online and then you’ll make my food? The only difference in the service you’re providing is you’re now wasting even more of my time by forcing me to use a digital ordering intermediary when, instead, I could just dictate my order to the person standing right in front of me and be out of here in a fraction of the time.
It’s not just this chipotle, either. I’ve been turned away from several stores because they decided, seemingly on a whim, to be “online only” that day. Who is making this call and why is this a thing??
I’m sick of this corporate dietary hellscape we live in and I am disgusted every time I see another one of these stores pop up where a reliable, quality local business ought to be.
Down with Chipotle!!!

Having managed businesses and operated fast food facilities, I have an informed perspective. When going into this location at 1:30 I found 2 uniformed employees, one addressed as the manager, and a 3rd person who is likely a district manager having a meeting in the seating area. The floors, tables, and condiment stations are filthy. There’s no tea decanters, and all the lids are gone. This facility is operated with no standards. The employees who were working had little motivation to be there. With management willing to have a meeting in plain view of the customers while their business is in such a horrid state, it’s no wonder the employees have no respect for them. Take 15 minutes to clean and stock the customer facing areas before having your meeting. For the store to be in this state so soon after opening, means it closed in that state. The owning corporation needs higher standards for its management teams.

Came here. There was no business. Nobody in the store yet. The store is only doing online orders. I came here just to spend less from ordering online because it’s extremely costly ordering online but I can’t order from the store itself because they’re not doing dine-in takeouts, I would have been spending almost $50 on an online order that would have just been at least 30 or less than 30. Also going to add that there was seven employees yet nobody can ring anybody out. Nobody can cash anybody out but there were seven people working there. I work at a job where most of the time it’s only two of us. We cook, ring people out and do other things. Yet with seven people they wanted to wait for their district manager. Then I got into our argument with the employee name. Shawn and he wanted me to know how much his district manager was doing. A great job but yet you don’t have a store manager and whatever the team lead was should have been prepared to open the store and serve customers. But this is why people don’t last long at Chipotle’s because they can’t handle when customers has issues and just handle it simply by just saying we’re closed or we’re not doing dine-in orders but yet want to argue with a customer and fight with a customer just to be known Chipotles have been going down in customer service has been lacking at the same time

Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience at Shore Center Plaza Chipotle
Today, I came into the Chipotle at Shore Center Plaza in Euclid in a great mood, expecting a normal, friendly visit like usual. Unfortunately, what I experienced was completely unacceptable.
From the moment I started ordering, three employees were visibly rude and dismissive. One employee stopped the person who was helping me, tossed the serving spoon aside, and announced she wasn’t going to serve me. She then called over the General Manager—bypassing the on-shift manager—and made it seem like I was asking for too much, even though I was polite and respectful the entire time.
The GM then instructed her to charge me more for two rice bowls and three sides of chicken. The total came up to $57, which is outrageous. The same employee laughed and said she was planning to do that anyway. That level of disrespect, pettiness, and unprofessional behavior is shocking for a company like Chipotle.
As I chose to walk out rather than argue, I was met with more rude comments from the staff. This kind of treatment should never happen to any customer.
Chipotle should not tolerate employees who act this way toward guests. I hope corporate investigates this location and provides serious retraining in customer service, professionalism, and respect. No one should walk into a restaurant feeling unwelcome or mocked for simply placing an order.

Clearly not being managed well. Never have anything, nothing is ever prepped. Never any napkins. Tables be dirty. Food today needed more flavor. Now charging 1.50 for a water cup! I won’t be back.

Food is a little salty but the customer services good today. Chipotle is always a good quick fix.
Update: That was what I wrote a year ago. Today they ran out of rice before 9 o’clock. I’m doing a pick up and I’ve been sitting for about 20 minutes. They are backed up but they literally have one guy doing the orders. Everyone else is cleaning or making their own food. This is at 9:30pm. They’ve been sending people away since I got here, claiming closed.
