I go here maybe every other month and this is always what I deal with. Raw food which is ridiculous because the grills have timers to know when the cooking is done.i worked at a Donald’s 35 years ago and we never had raw burgers, it’s a press that cooks both sides, so there is no exception for this. Horrible, you’re gonna get people sick or worse.

I came through the drive through shortly after breakfast ended and I got 2 -6 piece nuggets, double cheeseburger and small fry. Didn’t receive the fries. Cheeseburger was cold and very sloppily thrown together and nuggets were definitely re-heated from being heated day prior. Everything was disgusting and never received fries.

Served us raw food, didn’t apologize, didn’t even speak a word to us, just replaced the sandwich. Extreamly unprofessional in my opinion. Same girl who brought us our food to the table and told us we needed to go to the counter to receive our cups . The store was clean but the service was trash.

Horrible service! Ordered a double cheese burger and opened it up, it was so burnt and chrisp but somehow cold. Asked for a replacement and wasn’t even given a double cheeseburger. I was given a mc double and I made sure the girl knew what I ordered. The mc double was warm but also burnt to a chrisp! Won’t be back. And yes I ate it because I had to eat something and get back to work.

I drove through McDonald’s yesterday with my wife and ordered 3 cheeseburgers with no pickles and no onions. The first cheeseburger that my wife handed me as I was driving had no meat on it but had two pickles on it. The second one she handed me had meat, but there were two pickles on it. Finally, the third cheeseburger, they got it right. This was a big disappointment for me because the first time I ate here, the food was decent.

Doordash. Fries were cold as usual fed them to my dogs. Quarter lb with cheese was lukewarm as best. No flavor till I put salt and pepper on myself. This store is going down hill fast.

This is like the 5th time I didnt get a full cup of coffee. As well as orders that aren’t heard correctly through the drive . And my personal fav is cutting the grass with a gas mower while your ordering at drive thru. Why isnt that electric at this point ?

I’m not sure if they play games throwing the burgers to see if they make it on the bun or what, but burgers are always hanging off the bun. The last two times the buns have been very dry. Fries are only warm about 25% of the time. Orders are rarely ever right. It’s worth the drive to go to a different location.

I live right down the road from this place. I have only ever used the drive thru. Staff are always friendly. Orders are always right. Food seems fresh 9/10. It’s always a good choice for a quick bite, and the kids always love a happy meal!
