The ambiance was great. Clean environment. The staff very friendly and informative. I had not had many of the dishes before and it was explained what each dish consisted of. First time having Indian food. I was advised to try the butter chicken by several people. I had the coconut chicken soup, butter chicken and garlic naan. Everything was absolutely delish!! I will definitely be back to try other things. Great spice and was not spicy hot although I requested mild. Definitely recommend

Our visit to Masala Indian Bistro was a complete letdown.
Billing Issues: The worst part? A 3.5% credit card surcharge that no one bothered to mention. These days, almost no restaurant imposes such a fee — who carries cash anymore? When questioned about the bill discrepancy, the staff casually mentioned the hidden surcharge. It felt deceptive and left a very bitter aftertaste.
Food Quality: The chicken was undercooked and hard — absolutely unacceptable. The biriyani tasted like it was reheated from the day before — bland, dry, and far from fresh.
Service: The service was slow. The server in the blue T-shirt had a terrible attitude, making us feel more like an inconvenience than customers.
Ambience: Flies every where, half the time we were trying to Clear the flies. The only slight positive was that the restaurant stays open during extended lunch hours — but what’s the point if the food and service are both subpar?
Overall: Poor food, rude service, and shady billing practices. Not worth the time or money. Will not be returning, and I suggest others steer clear as well.

Absolutely delicious food. We ordered aloo tikki chaat, a chicken tandoori appetizer, Hakka noodles, chicken tikka masala, naan, and mango lassi. Everything was perfect. Initially, we were told that the aloo tikki chaat had run out, we were really disappointed but we understood since it was quite late in the evening. Our server went back and checked with the chef and assured us that they would make it for us. The food was well seasoned and tasteful. Spice levels were exactly as we asked. This hidden gem needs to be tried, you will not regret it!

And the cheesy garlic naan? Absolute perfection. Soft, fluffy, loaded with gooey cheese, and brushed with just the right amount of garlic. It was the ultimate pairing — I was scooping up every last bit of sauce!
Beyond the food, the experience was just as impressive. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. You can tell they really care about their guests.
The atmosphere ties it all together — clean, modern, with rustic touches that make it feel cozy yet elevated. It’s the kind of place that works for a casual dinner but also feels special enough for a date night.

Excellent food with fair pricing. They were packed when we went and slightly under staffed, however the staff was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Definitely would return on our next trip!

Food is excellent . Each dish we ordered was fresh and full of unique flavors. It was so good that we ordered and reorder seconds . Lovely staff. The best house special biryani I ever tried . Chicken Bhuna was my son’s favorite. A must try is the cheese naan.
