The misses and I have been doing fine dining lately, and this is our third review this week. Here at the arch nemesis of the Golden Arches. Wendy’s. Overall 5 stars! Staff was super friendly. Food was all fresh and tasted great! Exactly as ordered. Good proportions. Lots of fries. The drink machine is worth the visit by itself. It could have been a little cleaner in the restaurant, but that was from some recent customers. The bathroom was actually pretty clean and everything in good shape and working. Be able to actually enjoy a nice dinner in the restaurant while we watched YouTube videos enjoy the cup of varieties of the drinks. It was actually a pretty nice dinner. We got out of there for about 1820 bucks just for one value meal and couple side items it was great we left full mission accomplished thank you Wendy’s

I give them an order that’s simple I want. My burger with the cheese and sauce no vegetables they keep asking me plain, and I keep telling them to add the sauce and cheese and they keep forgetting my sauce not only that I buy 2 fries and 2 out of 3 times they only give me one they keep messing up my order

Absolutely will rip you off. Ordered a medium and large fries. Weighed the difference and it was almost exactly the same. If you take into account the weight of the fry containers having different weight, I basically paid more for nearly the same amount of product. Food was palatable but not worth the cost. According to some of the other reviews I guess I got lucky.

The cashier joy or Joyce is always so kind and friendly. 11/22 my family and I came in and dined in and there was no customers up front and joy was talking with us customers when all the sudden her boss Lilly started screaming yelling at her to come back. Every time we come here the other workers and especially Lilly are so rude to joy

No matter what time of day it is, even using the APP to order. They ALWAYS tell you to park and they will bring the food out. Expect a 15 plus minute wait. The smallest orders take forever.

This Wendy’s is the worst. I came here at 9am on a Sunday morning to order breakfast at the drive-thru (the interior was closed for ordering). My first clue that this was going to be a bad experience should have been when I pulled up to the drive-thru and they didn’t even have their breakfast menu displayed. I ordered two Maple Bacon Chicken Crossaint combos and pulled around to see another car ahead of me sitting at the window. As I pulled up they had the other car pull forward so I could pay. 15 minutes pass and the car in front of me gets their food. 10 more minutes go by and nothing from my order comes out. I begin to think perhaps they forgot about my order as no one has even come to the window to apologize for the delay or have me pull forward so the car behind me can pay. I call the number listed on Google for this location and a woman answers and informs me that they got a slow start to the day and they’re waiting for their grill and fryers to heat up, which makes zero sense because clearly the car that was waiting when I pulled up had gotten food. 10 more minutes pass and I finally get my food (had I not already paid $19 for two combos I would have left long ago, which several cars behind me did). I get home to find that the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissants I had ordered are just soggy croissants with a piece of the chicken that they use for their lunch/dinner chicken sandwiches. No bacon, no cheese, no sauce. I call the store back and a different girl answers and I explain that I had just waited over 30 mins in their drive-thru for food only to have them mess up my order. I ask to speak with a manager to which I’m told that I already had when I called earlier to see if they had forgotten my order. I’m offered to put my name on a list so I can get a free meal the next time I come through but honestly I haven’t got the time to waste another 30+ minutes waiting for food. I could see if this was a one-time incident but my husband stopped to grab us dinner one night at this same location and waited 45 minutes for our food. Not to mention, if there’s a delay keep the customer informed instead of just leaving them to sit and wonder what’s going on….and then after all that time, at least get the order correct. I filed a complaint with corporate but I won’t hold my breath on hearing back.

It seems like the place has updated on the customer service.
We love Wendy and it was nice to go to this place.
The restaurant is clean.
If you have any reservations about trying it again, I will say you can certainly try it out and notice that the company is interested in keeping perhaps the most traveled by unit, the stop light even let’s Wendy have a clear entrance on route 42(Pearl Rd).
Maybe the company is taking care of the people who work there ?

Accidentally posted this review under the Bagley Road location. This review is for the Parma Heights location on Pearl Road.
I purchased two croissant sandwiches, one egg & swiss and one sausage, egg & swiss. When I got to my mom’s and opened my sandwich which was supposed to be egg and swiss, there were pieces of bacon in the wrapper so I opened the sandwich and you could see where they had picked the bacon off the sandwich (see pictures). I went back up there and requested to speak to the manager. This unprofessional looking woman with huge gauges in her ears comes to the window. I showed her the sandwich, told her I wanted my money back (I sure don’t want a replacement after this) and she said they don’t give refunds. I was upset and loud and told her that they do disgusting things like this and don’t refund a customer’s money? I did not cuss at her and she shut the window. I live in Cleveland and go into the suburbs because the Wendy’s near me is also terrible. Clearly I just need to stop patronizing Wendy’s all together because they have obviously lowered their standards to well below sub par. They are as bad as McDonald’s now. In this time of a global pandemic and this is how they handle people’s food??? Guaranteed this is not the worst thing this crew here is doing. They also didn’t have coffee.

First id like to say the girl taking my order was friendly but when i got home to eat my food I ordered a total of 4 sandwiches, one being the crispy chicken blt but apparently got a regular crispy chicken instead cause there was no bacon or tomato, then I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe and idk who in their right mind would even think to put this on a sandwich, looks and feels like it’s been sitting there for days! Absolutely disgusting. Lately every time I come here I’m missing something or get food looking like this, I understand mistakes happen but literally every time I come now, quite ridiculous.
