If I could give this a 0 star, I would, I went in on February 7th. At 8:19 PM ordered food a kid with shoulder length, black hair curly served me. My food took it home and there was hair in there. I tried to call corporate. I tried to call the restaurant with no avail so today. On February 16th I went into the restaurant and a manager by the name of DAISY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE A EMPLOYEE BY THAT DESCRIPTION BASICALLY CALLING ME A LIAR AND TOLD ME SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND And that I would have to call the location tomorrow and talk to the franchise owner.How am I supposed to do that when no one ever answers their damn phone?So if corporate is going to respond to this review , they need to call me and give me a refund And for your manager DAISY SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED SHE IS HORRIBLE DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION IF U WANT TO EAT THE EMPLOYEE’S HAIR

This McDonald’s is rather small, but they are clean, the staff is nice, and they sell actual ice cream cones (8 flavor options actually scooped from big buckets). There is also an outdoor Redbox easily accessible in the parking lot. Sadly, there is no playplace.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food wasn’t great. I was at the restaurant at about 9:00 pm, so I wasn’t surprised that I had to wait a few minutes for them to cook the food. Even though I waited, they gave me old and stale fries – which was especially disappointing as I thought I had waited for fresh fries. Also, the recees chunks in the McFlurry tasted strange – like they were stale. Perhaps that is why only M&Ms and Oreo McFlurrys are listed on the menu.

I can’t comment on atmosphere as I didn’t go inside. We ordered Grinch meals and didn’t get the shaker bag or pickle salt, I’m severely disappointed. We also didn’t get straws for our drinks.

I always go to the McDonalds it’s close to my work. No problem for years but today they handed me a straw with no wrapper just from employee hand to mine and I’m sorry but that seemed dirty and unsanitary I don’t know what she’s touched today and I’m supposed to put that into my drink and put my mouth on it? No thanks. Luckily I had some extra straws in my car from when chick fil a did paper ones (yuck) I usually don’t write bad reviews but that whole interaction really grossed me out and now I don’t really want my food. Also she shut the window immediately after handing me my food drink and raw dog straw.

Unfortunately I come here because it’s the closest to my house. Normally it’s not the worst, but today is just ridiculous waited 15mins for my food. no Buffalo sauce for my nuggets, fries cold as ice and who ever is in the back is either high or can’t read asked for extra ketchup extra mustard no pickles no onions and got the opposite. This place is 50/50 gonna screw up your order and most the time they have you park upfront even if the drive thru is empty multiple times they have forgotten stuff in my order I think I will just drive a little further for my food next time.

He still works here and eating too much salt can actually risk ur life or worst(he rudely interrupted people FIRST at the drive thru when they tried making an order, and thought he had the right to be mad at them. he should be lucky he didn’t get sued)

I had a less than satisfying experience at McDonald’s recently. The initial mishap occurred when I realized they had forgotten to include a medium French fry in our order. After bringing this to their attention, not only did they give us the wrong size as a replacement, but they also managed to mess up our Big Mac. The burger was a disaster; the bread was inside out, and the patty itself was poorly assembled, far below the standard I expect from McDonald’s.
Additionally, both orders of fries lacked any seasoning – no salt at all. To top it off, they mixed up our drink order, giving us the wrong soda. Overall, this visit was frustrating and disappointing, with multiple mistakes that significantly detracted from our dining experience. I hope for improvements in the future but am hesitant to return soon based on this experience.
