Looking for great pizza and food in general? This is it! Great atmosphere especially for watching sports. The pizza is the best in the state they load the toppings and cook it perfectly with that crisp bite. GREAT selection of beer, some beers i cant find anywhere! Its a qauilty restaurant and clean. With attentive service aswell, all around great spot, by far one of my favorites. Check it out you won’t regret it!

Another portnoy review that was spot on! This pizza was amazing! I can’t remember if I went too late at night for them to do slices or that they only do whole pies but regardless the pizza had amazing taste! I ate 6 out of the 8 slices which just proves how good I thought it was. Sauce was excellent, crust was crunchy but still soft in the center and had plenty of structure. Bartender who was also the manager was super friendly and chatted with me the whole time while still attending to the other customers there. I tried to count how many TVs they had but kept losing count because there were so many! All kinds of sports memorabilia hung all over the walls and looks like your typical sports bar. Great spot for a pizza or any kind of bar food and a beer.

This place has a long history and a really spacious seating area. The service was absolutely amazing! We came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday and had a great time. The fried food was surprisingly impressive—crispy and flavorful. The chicken wings were just okay though, and the sauce was a bit too mild for my taste—not salty enough. There are TVs everywhere, so it’s kind of impossible not to watch something while you’re eating. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars!

I need us all to come together and get this bar on a tv show! They are truly one of the best bars in New Jersey! They deserve all the praise! Food is absolutely amazing pizza is out of this world but you can literally order anything and be wowed! Our initial plan didn’t work out, and had to think quickly. My colleague and I passed this establishment dozens of times, located on South Wood Avenue in Linden. The building where the Linwood Inn Tap House Pizza and Grill stands can be traced back to 1882 and is your quintessential neighborhood sports bar.
Upon arrival, as first-timers for some of us, the walls are lined with pine filled with fitting memorabilia, and the large bar has a funky, haphazard shape with their 40 TVs.
The staff accommodated us without reservations in a cozy dining room off from the bar to enjoy a holiday lunch yesterday.
It’s an extensive pub food menu that has some surprisingly tasty curveballs of its own featuring their best hamburger, pizza, and wings around. We decided on the dozen chicken wings with Frankie Chipotle Lime and Roasted Garlic Parmesan, Greek salad, French onion soup, shrimp tacos, and chicken tacos, to name a few.
Food was fresh and not salty. Wings were crispy, and both sauces we got tasted great. Portions were huge and the price reasonable. Service was efficient, and our friendly server was Bobbi.
Great place for food with a comfortable and casual vibe, which we can recommend.

Tap House should become every locals, local hang-out! The menu is extensive, really extensive! So if you just want a buger and chips, pasta or even calamari, there is something to please all foodie pallets…yes FOODIES!!! Tap House was shockingly good for a pub.
