Service was slow the drinks were great but food overpriced and slow and just meh. The system that they have when you use your phone is broken, they’re data farming asking for you number to order food. Go to 5 guys
Edit, went back and tried it again because wife wanted the cucumber limeade. I got a burger that was as dry as day old burger. Fries were left to enjoy the oil bath. All stars lost the picture is a burger ordered medium!!! Not well, not medium well just medium. I think it was dropped in the grease

Disappointing Experience
I had a very poor experience at this location.
I ordered a hamburger that was supposed to come with pineapple, but I was served one without any pineapple.
The French fries I received were overcooked and tasted like they had been re-fried (stale oil/taste).
The employees were using inappropriate language with each other while I was there, which was very unpleasant.
Overall, the food was unsatisfactory and the service environment was unprofessional

It’s a burger joint. Nothing special. They have the one lady behind the register screaming out “Welcome to habit” when someone walks in but she totally hates doing it – You can tell. Average burgers, fries, etc. Not bad but not great.

Very impersonal with meh food, although the presentation was nice. When you walk in, you’re greeted by a kiosk where you are REQUIRED to enter your phone number to get started. I’m not an incredibly private person but I don’t freely give my cell number out. The app used to take your order is frustratingly verbose. After you place your order, nobody talks to you, the only reason we knew our food was ready was because we got a text message.

Service is terrible. I go to this place often on my lunch break for about 2 years now at the beginning I would always order BBQ burger fries and nuggets but got nuggets one time out of several times and it was raw on the inside. I didn’t complain then. I just stopped ordering the nuggets and doubled up on fries. 3/6/26 comes and I order my bbq burger and fries and onion rings.. after ordering multiple people ordered after me and still got there food before me. Mind you I’m on lunch! Then I hear them call it an order with bbq burger in it guys comes up to claim it and says it’s not his.. then minutes later they force give him the food and he’ replied I didn’t get onion rings just fries. The staff member replies back it doesn’t matter and he leaves. Now after 20 minutes I question where is my food. They don’t even see it because they gave it away.. once I started to hear the lady say drop onion ring down again. I’m not going to wait I need to get back to work. Ask for a refund and all I got was fuss and refusal.. so I walked out. Terrible customer service no accountability and what’s to argue with customers. Ridiculous

Very disappointed in this location. Initially, it was a great location with a wonderful manager and the food was made hot, and fresh and always tasty. Now, it’s ran by young teenagers who have no interest whatsoever in customer satisfaction. They talk amongst themselves very loudly and do not seem to care when people walk in the store. Not to mention my birthday tomorrow and I was really craving a burger and fries. The food was cold and the only thing semi warm was the patty. Spent over $45 just to be dissatisfied with the entire experience. Terrible, terrible experience. I won’t be back here again unfortunately. Management please do better. Also I don’t have a check number because they enforce the machines which is fine because I don’t mind putting my own food in the system. However, the children running the show behind the scenes cannot follow simple instructions and therefore, did not prepare the food correctly with the extra toppings that are purchased. I am beyond upset.

The food is always amazing. Fresh and delicious. They sometimes forget to give you the sauces you PAY for so just check for those. Other than that I will always pick Habit over fast food burgers.

First and last time here! Long line and everyone standing around waiting on food eventhough there were 3 cooks! I ordered charburger with cheese..They only had wheat bun or sourdough bread..First time It came out with just the hamburger patty and nothing else.Second time it came out with hamburger patty and cheese and nothing else..Third time the manager made it, and it was yummy..Self service counter not clean and floor was sticky. Staff however were very pleasant

I use to love habit burger, I came in after not eating burgers for a while and I’ll never come back. The workers weren’t bad but something about the quality was of the food has completely gone down. I didn’t even finish my meal. There are way too many other locally owned burger spots to waste your money here.

Not bad. The food is not horrible but I wish when I paid for an order of fries separately I got a full serving instead of a bit of fries in a small clear plastic cup. Not even sanitary nor the right amount. Review will change but stuff like that makes me not really trust the food based off practices they think the customer isn’t knowledgeable of. Also I used a coupon that gave me a burger if I buy a drink, and I bought a large drink and a separate order of fries but was served LAST after I ordered before people and had a smaller order. The fries I got were cold but when I asked to speak to a manager although she refused to speak to me and told an employee to, the young man was VERY NICE and mannerable!!! He switched out my fries for me and the cook as well was on his JOB and VERY NICE as well. The cashier was also very sweet and professional. I’ve been here 4 times now to count and I honestly wonder what im supposed to expect coming here but it hasn’t been THAT bad to stop me. Could’ve gotten almost 3 times as much fries for half the price which is funny becuase I originally gave Habit Burger a try when I got tired of regular fast food and wanted…..QUALITY.
