What a joke! Ordered a classic pepperoni pizza in the drive thru, was told it would be a few minutes due to the pepperoni pizza being in the oven. No problem I’ll wait…. 30 minutes later still no pizza! I walk inside to see what’s going on and was told they don’t have a estimated time on when they’ll have pizzas ready? Waited all that time to end up just having to ask for a refund…. Hot and Ready yeah sure….

So disappointed! Usually they are good but on this particular night, we placed our order and was told to wait 10 minutes. A car was parked before us and two others after us. When I tell you EVERY CAR except us got food, and we didn’t. I’m sure we spent the most as everyone was getting handed one pizza box. So we waited another 20 minutes to see if someone was coming out NO ONE came so my husband went in and checked on what’s going on, dude claim he’s just on his way out to us, WOW But why isn’t our food HOT N FRESH like it should’ve been? So disappointed we decided not to go here anymore.

I just wanted to call out an act of kindness that I witnessed at the store today!
I was waiting on my pizza to get cooked and as I was waiting in my car the car in front of me was broken down im assuming it over heated but desirea came right out and helped them by bringing them at least 2 jugs of water to help and got them right on their way! It was a wonderful act of kindness and I just wanted to bring attention to it so she gets the praise she deserves!

Even with a long line you’re going to get your pizza faster than you thought. So please remain calm. LOL it’s our local Pizza Pizza! Best bang for the bucks. Right next door to T-MOBILE! So just get here order your za and be on your way. Thank you.

So obviously the pizza isn’t edible.. so greasy it fell apart. Also if you look there’s pieces of cardboard in the pizza. Called and told manager issue and was informed If couldn’t return today she couldn’t help me and she rudely said that she could only help me out if I brought pizza back today even after communicating with her that the pizza was for my family and I wouldn’t be able to return now or today because she was asking me to drive here and there just to get a refund or replacement for something they messed up on. Like why would waste my gas and money for something they could of easily fixed

These photos are what I could take after everyone got their hands on them. Cheese bread was 4.99 for about 10 pieces and a medium cheese pizza was 5 bucks. Everything was delicious – no overload of sauce, good amount of cheese, and a good mix of crunchy with soft dough. It’s like Domino’s met Pizza Hut.
