Service is exceptional. I placed an order this morning and I had a side order of bacon which was accidentally forgotten, but when I called to explain that it was missing, I spoke to a wonderful employee named John who rectified the situation and made it a whole meal for me just so that I didn’t have to come back just for bacon. The food is always hot and fresh. It’s never too busy and if there is a mess up they do their best to fix the situation. That is what it means to have exceptional customer service. I will be returning

Since they have closed their walk in space, ordering digital is a waste of time as they demand that your go through the drive though starting at the Ording box like everyone else who does not order digital.
Its not saving me or anyone else using the app…see you when the restaurant reopens but in the meantime your staff does not have to be as nasty about it.

Went through got a chicken jr, small double cheeseburger meal. Sat at the window for 10 minutes while two employees continued to bring other orders out a side door just for a manager to hand me the food and forgot all about sauces. I finally get home with now cold food and see this. Even said light ketchup

My name is brandon I live across from Burger King and I just went up there a few minutes ago and was left without service from when I got there till I left when they closed absolutely unacceptable my dad is friends with workers and he said to go to someone so I went to this lady whose white and had a ponytail she was there goofing around with another worker looked at me atleast three times and completely ignored me! I’m going to there tomorrow to see if they were just busy with the drive through not only that the soda machine was broken so they had to come out to the dining area and even the menu went out! However the food is delicious and fresh it really depends on the day but get better workers!
Edit: 04/30/25 I got 2 ice cream cups total was 2.98 plus tax the lady at the counter was amazing and funny and was patient when I used quarters for the other $1 my new rating, service 10/10, food 10/10, atmosphere 9/10

Today 12:42 , 11/21/24 my friends and I went through the – Drive Through. The lady that took the order was absolutely outrageous, bad actitude, rude . I really just wanted to turn around and leave !!!! She hates her job I guess and hates people !!!! It was very humiliating. I won’t let this go like this . I’ll complain tomorrow morning to a branch manager.

I understand they were busy and short staffed so I won’t hold it against them, but I think the need to rush is what gave me an incomplete order.
Also, I’m aware BK charges for sauces (which is weird considering no other fast food chain does that), but I thought it was payment for EXTRA… why I had to pay for 2-3 sauces off the bat makes absolutely no sense, especially when there’s print on the drive thru windows that solidify a payment for extra sauces only. Poor service and lack of following standard rules is just odd.

Normally the service and stuff is fine but lately the workers seem to not have a care in the world it’s getting pretty ridiculous and it’s always the girls no offense but there is one girl who I like that works there and is actually helpful not like anythings actually gonna happen tho
