They don’t change their fry oil as often as they should, they never fill your fries to the top. Got a medium fry for a large, and they’re stale every time! You always have to ask for ketchup, they should be asking you instead!

HOLE IN MY COFFEE. i got large iced coffee and was very excited to drink it. first of all the taste is kinda ify , not the best coffee i have drank. and while i was driving i raised my cup to drink and see there is A LAKE in my cup holder. they gave me a broken plastic cup and put a sticker over it so i wont see it. you thought you were genius?

It was very busy the dining room was full and the drive thru packed but they were friendly and helpful. My order was correct, fresh and hot.

Can’t rate the food because I never got to order. BOTH front cash registers were down. The person in front of me had ordered from the kiosk, but the kiosk wouldn’t accept his credit card, so he had already been waiting 10 minutes just to pay. After I waited 10 minutes to order, I left.
I’ve had poor service at this restaurant many times before. I like McDonalds and this is the only one near me, so I’ll keep going there, but this was the first time this happened.

The food was great. The atmosphere was great. The service was great not excellent I mean great that’s why I gave this place a four star but before we left with our food out the door you wanted to grab grab a couple of water then was told that we had to be a dollar for a cup of water so that kind of ruined the whole day when water should be free by law.

worst place yet, fries was stale and burger was just tossed into the bag with the wraper wide open. dont go here if you want quality food and decent service at night even the manager had an attitude. this place was the best first time coming back in a while and night time is the worst. mcdonald’s pick better managers and do better like come on tocobell is better at this point.

If I could give less than one star I would this place is horrible. I ordered off the app thinking they can read they can’t mess this up and boy was I wrong. When I got there they were telling every car to pull to the front door trying to cheat the clock and had 4 cars pulled up front which blocked the driveway then they couldn’t remember what car ordered what do the lady is running from car to car taking items from one car and giving to the other and yelling at customers that told her they already told her multiple times what they ordered and to top it all off mine and my wife’s burgers were raw with just a little sear on the outside which I couldn’t tell at first because we were driving at night until I wondered why it was so soggy and turned the light on, I hope I don’t get sick from eating half of a raw burger. I swear McDonald’s must not drug test employees
