Everyone here was so nice and so welcoming! I came in to get lunch for my coworkers and I and the on duty manager Cory was so helpful and friendly. I didn’t grab the girl and guy’s name who were also helping but they were all amazing!

I order two meal and biggie bag. Got two fries. One of sandwiches was missing bacon and other missing pieces of meat. The wrap was mess. My family get food here lot cause it close by. Lately our orders are get mess up.

After an 8 minute wait at the front counter for my mobile order placed 6 minutes before I arrived I loved hearing the manager shouting to her employees for pushing out the drive thru orders fast. Because she obviously doesn’t care about the poor idiots who pick up or eat inside. Especially xonsidering there were 2 people working drive thru and 1 on front counter. And when drive thru was caught up you think she came to help. Nah they don’t track front counter times so she only cares about looking good on drive thru. That’s the truth of all these no longer fast food places. I don’t order thru the drive thru because 40% of the time I STILL have to come inside because they screwed up my order because they care about speed not accuracy.

I went inside to order a burger and fries. My food was correct and quick, but the cashier has an unacceptable attitude. The person ordering before, maybe 13yo tops, had a few coupons for their order. The cashier, John, was exceptionally rude to the young person. The customer was perfectly polite, asked to use multiple coupons, didn’t argue when they were told they couldn’t, and paid in full quickly. John was rude about the number of coupons the kid could use and rude about the drinks that were available.
Additionally, after the coupons, the customers order was $2, which John took in cash. When I ordered, John still had the kids meal on the screen and just added my food to the same order. When I pointed it out, he had a manager (I believe the managers name was Ken) come over to take the kids meal off.

On my way to work I stopped at Wendy’s for 2 large chilies and extra crackers. I received my 2 large chilies not even full cups and 2 packs total of crackers for each chili (I ordered extra crackers). They handed me my bag laughing. NOT IMPRESSED!!

There’s a gentleman that usually works evening/ night shift there I don’t know his name, but let me tell y’all his customer service and personality are by far the best and so refreshing to know some people still care about their service they provide! He makes jokes and puts a smile on your face! All while getting it right! My orders are never incorrect , my food is always hot and fresh. I appreciate this location and its staff more than y’all know!

The girl who took my order was very rude. The order o the screen was not what I order so I asked her. She replied very rudely that THAT IS NOT YOUR ORDER BLAH BLAH BLAH… really. I just need you to acknowledge that what I saw on the screen is not my order and repeat my order nicely. I did not go there to be scolded. When I got my food, the manager was the one giving out the food and I told him the situation. He did not even acknowledge the complain and proceed on explaining they did not have disposable spoon. REALLY?

I’ve never been inside but it’s the closest Wendy’s to my home. Honestly I go here because of the convenience however it comes at a cost. Half the time my fries not salted, are either old or maybe cooked in old oil or double fried. The manager is not friendly but is very much focused on getting you out of his drive through, he has cut me off while talking a few times in a rush mind you there wasn’t a line behind me. They never repeat the order back to you so I generally will do it to make sure they got the order right only because I’ve gotten my order wrong at this location twice. The associates are nice despite my negative experiences. This far the Wendy’s in Byron center has been my best experience.
