It being our first time at this establishment, our first impression with our waiter,the staff, the atmosphere and the food was the best you could experience and I mean that.
Our waiter was friendly and and made sure we had what we needed throughout our experience. He was a rare gem, with old fashioned courtesy and hospitality. For him being so young, it was a nice breath of fresh air compared to most of todays youth in the hospitality business.
Our food came out so quickly that it was a pleasant surprise. And it was delicious. I think this has been the best Mexican cuisine I’ve had in some time. And not only was it good, but the price for both us was also a nice surprise. We walked out spending $24 on dinner, that hasn’t happened to us since before Covid.
Beautiful restaurant, clean, and comfortable temperature. You’ll feel comfortable here and get to enjoy looking at the art work on the chairs.
I definitely recommend coming here. The chicken chimichanga is also my recommendation.
Update: brought the family and had the same great experience!

Will never eat here again. We used to eat here twice a week with my daughter and her husband, and then one evening while we were eating, they turned the lights on to clean, and roaches came crawling out. I almost puked up what I ate; that was disgusting.

During our visit we had a female waitress in her 40 or 50’s. When ordering food I am very specific because my family is picky and honestly eats very simple. While ordering my daughters food I said “beef burrito with only meat & queso cheese on top that’s all” when the food was brought out they brought a kids size burrito on top of rice and beans. I told the man it was wrong and what I wanted. She brings the 2nd plate out with just a burrito a kids burrito with no cheese still. I said I wanted the adult size burrito with queso on top (which at every dang restaurant it automatically comes with queso) anyway. She says no you didn’t tell me that. I was taken back because I was never rude. I said yes I did I have told and asked twice now. She says no you didn’t and continued to argue with me on how I ordered and that I was wrong. She says here I will add cheese to it. At this point whatever. So, my daughter had a small burrito never got the adult size and rude service. We drove 40 minutes out of our way to come here and was going to make this a weekly thing for us because the first visit was great but I will not be going back with that type of rude serve.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, amazing waiter!
I had a great brunch experience in this restaurant. I was greeted and sat quickly, then given my beverage almost instantly after I ordered it. I enjoyed my dish very much. I had CHILAQUILES which was prepared quite well. Not too soft, but not too hard. The sauce I asked met my desire of spicy, which was optional. I left very satisfied!

Wow!!! Excellent service by Alvaro as seen in the photos! Food was so good and very fresh!! Salsa, sour cream, guacamole, chips all tasted delicious and made from scratch!! Best waiter I’ve ever had!!! Will definitely return!! Food in photos are Ribeye fajitas, steak and chicken fajitas, and chicken quesadilla!! Desert was chimicheescake!!

Since the last time we were here, 9 months ago, a few things have changed… and not toward the better.
A large cheese dip is $16.99! The small is $4.99, but the large is the same large everywhere else for $6-$8.
The shrimps are larger in size, but now they only offer a serving of 5 for $7.99 (large pricing).
However, the same restaurant is in Maysville and they still offer 7 shrimp of the same size as the large pricing.
Service is still wonderful, but the enchilada sauce tasted diluted and the cheese dip was so diluted that it didn’t even develop a skin after 25 minutes.
Overall, I was a bit disappointed this go round with the quality.

The food was o.k. not great, not well flavored, but definitely not “Mexican” flavored as I was expecting from a Mexican restaurant. Our waiter came over shortly after we received our food to give us the bill, set it down on the table, then picked it back up have it to someone of us, picked it back up and gave it to someone else…like hello we were still eating. Hadn’t even decided yet if we wanted dessert…I guess not since that choice was made for us. My food was taken away from me prior being done eating. I also was uncomfortable during the whole visit. One of the waiters was standing in the back towards the kitchen leaning against something staring at our table the whole time!!!
