The meat department looked fresh and clean. I only bought chopped meat for burgers which were delicious. I thought the price was a little steep at 699 per pound but they were good. I will go back and try other items.

One of the butchers was extremely rude.Made it seem like an inconvenience to help me out. All I was doing was picking up an order nice and simple, and for the money they charge.You would think their staff would be a little more friendly, no one knows what they’re doing.They sent me 3 different people just to ask.Where’s my order. And then I get this extremely rude guy, no thanks.. Me and my family’s been coming here for years.You will never see us again.There’s a much more friendly place on Fisher.

I have been coming here a few years, it’s my dad’s favorite deli in south Jersey. I recently came and got a whole Italian sub, macaroni salad, and tortellini salad. I also got some items from the grocery section, like their locatelli cheese and some sodas. This place is great. The price for the sandwich is impressive given the size and the quality (around $12), and the salads were great too. The people who work here are super friendly. We placed an order in person and it only took about 5 minutes to get it. All in all, another amazing visit at Luigi’s!

Prices are insane! Got the same amount of meat from another local butcher and paid way less for honestly better quality meat as well.. people just like this place because its all they know..trust me branch out.. you will find a much much better bang for your buck. Staff was not friendly eaither… a woman behind the deli counter got off the phone with a customer then started talking bad about that customer to another employee.. not professional at all

I love this place, I’ve been a life long customer, I started coming here with my mother when I was only 5 years old. One of earliest memories is ordering from their deli. I now happily pick up items there for my family, and an older woman that was also a longtime customer. The fresh bread is also delicious. There’s just so many good things to say.

Some staff person ignored noi a regular customers, if they don’t recognize your face, your can get something what is not fresh. On sandwich shop when I requested Italian sandwich, I got ham and cheese. Not what I wanted and much cheaper than my order, but I was charged price for Italian. A lot my co-workers got the same problem and we stopped to go to that store. Also some workers in stor become to be mad if client has accent

I called this company to cater for my sons 1st birthday. I first called and the employee who answered did not know anything about where or how to find the catering. I then found it myself and asked a question about pricing which then prompted the employee to grab his manager(which i never asked for). This woman came on my line and assumed i was the same person “who called last week” which i didn’t and insisted she told me last week that it was $269.99 for this 1/2 tray package when the website clearly says $169.99. Again this was my first time ever calling this place.

5/11/22 Edit from 4 stars to 1, because one of the cooks DOES NOT PUT HONEY ON THE MAMA FRITA CHEESESTEAK!! Even after the man said he told him to!! The honey is what makes it…without that it’s dry and bland!

Don’t order a hour before closing in the deli. I ordered a hot mama frita cheese steak and they forgot the honey…..basically the sauce & it was so hard to chew. I was so frustrated & disappointed, because I looked forward to it. I could NOT chew or swallow it.
