Totally worth the drive from Portland!
I rarely give 5-stars for non-organic food, but this is one of those times.
Vancouver Waterfront is such a completely better vibe than Portland. You wouldn’t believe the dumpster fire that downtown portland and Portland government are just a short drive from this tranquil, beautiful waterfront.
NOTE: we parked nearby in a parking garage and walked to DOSALAS and it was so nice to walk on clean sidewalks with clean streets and no homeless and no drug users and no boarded up windows and no rancid urine in the parking garage
The menu really is fantastic. This is a high end Latin menu that we sought out. It’s the same ownership company as Margaritaville (where I have not eaten) but it is the luxury side – note sure you can’t believe even get a burrito or taco here.
We had the Octopus and chunky guacamole with a mocktail and our bill was around $85. Great value. Very diverse menu with a lot of steak, pasta, and vegetarian dishes. We can’t wait to come back.
You can choose different seating iptions on OpenTable – we chose the booth area and it was comfortable. This was February and there were a lot of people on the patio. There was a windbreak screen pulled down over the railing, a full length fire table and multiple heat lamps. I doubt you’d be cold out there.
The staff were incredibly friendly and everything felt very dialed in. Highly recommend. For perspective, we drove from Beaverton for brunch on a Saturday and it was 40min there and 35min home.

Atmosphere- modern and creative decor that changes throughout the restaurant. A majority of the seating is indoors, but an outdoor patio is available with heaters during the colder temps.
Food- Always flavorful, on point, and presented with flair and creativity.
Drinks- oh my word! Tasty, and also presented in very creative ways.
It’s absolutely worth the wait to sit with a view of the water. The service is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful!

Holy cow! This place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in to the moment we got the check, it was an incredible experience. The drinks were awesome! We shared a small plate of mussels and clams, a Ceasar salad, and each had an entrée; one Colorado Pork ribs and one chimcurri pork chop. Our server was Roger. He was very attentative and answered all our questions and offered suggestions/recommendations. The manager stopped at our table to ask how we were enjoying our meals and we chatted for well over five minutes. We also had a piece of pink guava cheesecake for dessert. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and not super thick like a regular cheesecake. The restaurant is pricey, but definitely worth it! We were very, very impressed!

We had an excellent surprise birthday dinner for my wife here on the Couve (WA) waterfront. Food was delicious and well presented, service by Paris and team was attentive and professional, and the ambience and view (although dark) was beautiful. Wonderful wine too. I think she liked it.
We enjoyed Lollipop Lamb, Sea Bass, Tuna Tostadas, and flan. Thanks for the “candle/sparkler”!

Absolute classy restaurant, beautiful setting and amazing views of the river. Our waitress Paris made some amazing recommendations and made our night special. Amazing service, amazing food! We will definitely be coming over the river many more times ! Keep up the amazing experiences for your customers!

Visited DOSALAS in November, so I missed the summer patio vibe. The empanada was good, and the clams and mussels were excellent. Margaritas run over $20, which feels steep. The place seems more like an Instagram spot than a food destination.

The decor & view are amazing. The food was good- well presented but majority of the dishes had large amounts of some starchy food like potatoes- bread – tortilla chips and very little of the main ingredients. It looks impressive but I didn’t expect that based upon the menu description. Example: the Huevos Rancheros says 2eggs, pulled chicken, refried beans, pico, queso fresco, guacamole & salsa verde. It had very little chicken & beans- I found myself searching for it among the huge amount of fried tortilla chips. We had 9 people and nobody really raved about their food. Service really dropped off once our food was served. The restaurant was not busy at all but we had to get someone’s attention for everything. We had 2 birthdays in our group- they brought out ice cream. We said we would share it- they didn’t bring spoons out until we again, waved someone down to ask if we could get spoons for the ice cream. After it dragging on way longer than necessary- we left feeling really disappointed… especially for how expensive it was. Our out of town guests were not impressed, nor were we.

This was my husband’s first time. We went for our anniversary. (which was obviously noted on his reservation because….) We arrived to a card and champagne and the sweetest service! We let Daisie drive the ship with all of her favorite suggestions and she didn’t let us down. Queso, short ribs, steak and mashed potatoes and the cookie skillet for dessert. It was just wonderful and my husband absolutely loved it. Especially the Vintage smoked Old Fashion. We will definitely go back!
