I love the McDonald’s mobile app. They throw more free food and perks at you than you’d believe. And when I use the app, then go through the drive-thru, it’s a whole other definition to “fast food”.
Plus, I always get good food and food service at this brand new place.

So I’ve never gone into this establishment, but I know how it is now to compare before. I definitely prefer how it was before. You would figure with all the upgraded equipment and the three windows that they would be able to pump food out faster than before. In fact it’s slower. Tell me how I order online 15 minutes before I get here and I’m still told to go park in the spot and wait for another 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from this place

Note my 5 star review for service! Only due to the nice guy who helped me place my order on the new automated “waitress”. Thanks but no thanks . . last thing I needed this a.m. was a lesson in food ordering on a “machine” that was less than friendly. As a side note, I always use a straw to sip my coffee but in addition to no wait staff, McDonald’s now has removed straws, napkins, sugar, etc. I also prefer to add my own sugar but that option, also gone. As for the restaurant decor, its less than homey appearance lacked any and all warmth certainly not one that would entice me to stay and order another cup of Java but then why would I want to tackle the automated ordering machine again??? As I walked out, the gentleman ahead of me voiced exactly what I was thinking, “never again”. I should have opted for the local diner where I friendly face would have taken my order and refilled my coffee cup. McDonald’s as well as any restaurant resorting to a lack of the personal touch will never see another dime of my money.

Cross contamination is a serious concern. The lack of training and consistency across management is unacceptable. There definitely should be more oversight and staff. Oh and people who know how to remain professional while getting their point across. It’s really a bad look when you have “higher ups” disrespecting their new employees. It’s a hostile environment. Would be very careful about eating at this McDonald’s location.

This location sells raw meat I assume that’s because they’re trying to rush everything and still can’t manage to get orders correct and out in a timely manner. They don’t take time to train their crew. That then leads to multiple mistakes. Why did the health department allow this place to open?

I placed my order correctly and waited nine minutes for a sandwich and fries, only to receive it incorrectly—it had pickles when it shouldn’t have. Now, I’m having to wait even longer for the correct order. This experience reflects a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. I expect better accuracy and efficiency in service.

They seem short staffed. The crew is yelling a lot at each other. Many people are waiting to order and then long waits for food. Several tables were dirty. The food was all correct and mostly good other than the fries being a bit over cooked.

Small facility: most of the tables were dirty, restrooms were dirty, and toilet paper was hanging on the coat rack on the doors, soap was in the dispensing container opened & on the counter, not in N the dispenser. Ordered at the kiosk & meal was supposed to be delivered to our table. Instead, the lady yelled or ordered items & number across the entire facility & we had to pick it up. We never received our drinks, so I got up & got them from the front counter. Straws were just laying out in the open on the counter top. GOOD JOB MCD’s….

General manager overnight is extremely rude and always has a nasty attitude towards customers, delivery drivers and staff. I watched him yell at a customer who couldn’t understand what he was saying. He became very hostile and angry because there was a language barrier. I dont think he is a good fit for a management position.

You will ALWAYS be pulled up to wait every time. Even if all you got was a shake, you will still get pulled up. The food isn’t even good for McDonalds standards after waiting at least 15 minutes every time.
