Came for some drink with friends, got some apps and check the vibe. Service is SLOW. Waiting to get sitted for 20 min and lots of tables dirty and not enough staff. To order it took 20 min and it all came out 25 min later, and all we ask was 3 apps. Drinks were all displayed but couldn’t get them till the server took them.

Service is slow and I mean slow. Took them 15-20 mins to notice we were seated before they took our order. It wasn’t full only 7 tablee at the most. While having appetizers we needed something and had to ask at least 3 passing by servers for it because either they forgot or ignored us. Had to go get it myself. All servers reunited by the bar laughing and not really paying attention to customers. Finished my drink and out server never asked if I wanted more. Served me chicken steak without knife only fork. Overall slow service anr indifferent servers. Not coming back.

Very poor customer service. The wait for the meal is ridiculous. It would be understandable if the restaurant was packed but it wasn’t.

Disappointed that I come in to get something to eat and food comes out faster then the drinks. After the drinks were served the server didn’t even bother to pour the drink or anything like that and left the entire shaker there so that my guest could pour her own drink. Ended up using pepper and since I didn’t bring my glasses, something fell into my food. I took it out and thought I saw something come out crawling. Since I didn’t see it I checked the salt shaker and there was a live spider to come out. Showed our server as the spider lowered itself and she was claiming to my face that they always clean very well until she saw the spider coming down from the salt shaker and she was silent. I wasn’t asking for an argument, I was making an observation. Didn’t even apologize. Not sure what cleaning standards they have here…

Food is reasonably priced. Good lunch specials. Food is decent. Appetizers are the only vegetarian options. Place does not accommodate to customers dietary needs. No substitutions allowed in your meal.
