Employees need reinforced training on customer service. They are very rude over the intercom. They laugh at whatever is going on in the kitchen (without muting their mic) then ask what you want like you hadn’t already said it. Definitely unprofessional.

I just went through the drive thru. The lady was very nice that took my order. The order was correct and was made nicely not just thrown together. The condiments were in the bag along with napkins. It was somewhat busy. I hope the manager sees this at gives some recognition to all that works there. Great job!

Went back today bc my husband wanted sonic.they gave me a burger with onions when we specifically ordered it without bc of an allergy. Also, there’s egg on my burger. cross contamination much? Disgusting. The health department needs to see this.
Been sitting here in the drive through and no one has greeted the window for us after we made our order. You can barely hear on the speaker at the menu to place your order. It’s been 5 minutes and no one has come to the window

I waited 20 minutes for one Oreo cheesecake blast and ended up with a plain vanilla shake. Staff wasn’t friendly and sorted me 1 cent on the 12 cents in change I received.

Absolutely terrible location. This is the first time I have ever felt inclined to leave a review for a fast food restaurant. I have been to this location 3 times and all 3 times they have given me the wrong food. It’s suspiciously always something cheaper that they “accidentally” give you. I.E. I order a bacon cheeseburger and they give me a hamburger. Or I order an ultimate burrito and they give me a plain sausage burrito. CHECK YOUR ORDER because they will try to cheap out and scam you. The included photo is my “ultimate burrito”. Egg, cheese, and a couple sad pieces of sausage.

Horrible customer service. I come here every other day and I had a mobile order today and they wouldn’t let me come through the drive through after i already paid and ordered on the app. Mind you it was ONE drink and they made me pull out of the drive through and go to a stall and wait 15 minutes. My car windows don’t roll down I cannot park in those small stalls which is why i order through the app and open my door at the drive through. The lady at the drive through continued to argue with my boyfriend then cop and attitude. I asked to speak with the manager and she did not care at all and said it’s “policy to go to a stall with a mobile order” Since when…? Never at any sonic have they done that to me. And claiming to send mobile orders to stalls to help with “drive through time” is laughable. Mobile orders are the quickest to handle vs ordering at the window. If that was the case then shouldn’t you send people ordering to the stalls?? So incredibly frustrating. The teenagers that work there are way nicer than whoever that manager was and who they had on staff on today.

Really fast and polite, Johnny on the spot, I think sonic is not a bad place and the burgers actually have flavor like other fast food, but better because it has the carnival smell which no other place has, try the grape needs slushy. You will not regret it or the cream pie shake. Or grab you a foot long chilly cheese cooney. They have a number of things that are great and everyone would absolutely love.
