It was our first visit at this location. I used a survey code: buy one sandwich, get one free equal or lesser value. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, and my wife ordered a fried McChicken sandwich with fries and a soda. The total was $12.49. SWEET! Our food was hot, fresh and good. The soda was good. Customer service was great. The men’s bathroom was ok.

I was in drive thru and had to wait over 5 minutes for the person in front of me to get her app to work. Manager had her phone out and was looking at hers. Instead of telling her to come in to fix her app and get free coffee the line grew to 6 cars behind me all for a cup of coffee and her app.
The manager told me to come into the store next time I go there.
Really. .you hold up the drive thru for a cup of coffee that she wanted free.

Not the 1st time bad service…Last time I went inside child got sick on the floor and no one cleaned it up. They were to busy being on their cell phones
People are lazy…Don’t go to this McDonald’s

This McDonalds I always have a problem with. Never adheres to company policies, food is never good, southern sweet tea is always lacking the sweet part and of recent today ordered 5 meals for the monopoly promo and was givin regular boxes with no promo prices even tho its in the promotional time. Seems like false advertising to me.

This location is consistently bad. It’s so chaotic inside and no one will take your order. You have to use the kiosk’s to place an order. Every time I use the drive thru, I am told to pull into the curbside pickup spots and wait for my food. There were 4 other cars in spots waiting with me. No one uses the curbside pickup, so they “stage” cars there to keep the drive thru moving, but you will be waiting regardless.

Very busy off highway location. ALL trash cans inside and out were full and overflowing
Seating was clean, staff friendly and helpful.
Big mac was slightly dry, bun over toasted but still hits the spot for a quick meal. Tried the new chicken tenders were juicy, lightly breaded.
Fries always delicious.

Ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel with the round egg. Watch the lady make my order and see grabbed another sandwich from behind the counter. She the took the egg off that one to put on my bagel. When the lady handed me my bag I asked if the other lady took egg off one sandwich to put on mine. She asked and the lady told her yes. I told her to please remake it because I don’t know where that sandwich She took the egg off of came from. The woman said what does it matter?! It matters because I paid for it and to me that’s an issue for you to do what was done. She didn’t like what I told her so she threw the bag on the counter and started speaking Spanish so I am sure it wasn’t pleasant what was said to the others.
