This place seems so improved and impressive. KELLY IS AMAZING! We always ask to sit in her section. Whoever the bar tender is in there on Saturdays is amazing. Ive seen him a few times but haven’t gotten his name. The drinks ive ordered have been delicious. Chips and salsa are always a must. I asked to take my left over chips and salsa to go and kelly gave me a brand new sealed bag of chips and fresh salsa. They are very accommodating to families. I will definitely return in the future and recommend this place.

Sitting in a hotel room a few hours from home, I looked at the restaurant options within a short distance. It came down to a choice of Chili’s or Five Guys. As in “The Last Crusade”… I chose poorly.
The other burger and fries would have been better and the chili that lured me… was not impressive. The most memorable part of the meal was the observation that the size and shape of the soup spoon fits perfectly in the size and shape of the little bowl the chili came in. I have been to many Chili’s restaurants and have never before been disappointed.
The server seemed very distracted, but not because he was busy. The girl that brought the burger and fries didn’t even slow down as she passed by, while saying, “Here ya go” as she was passing the empty table just beyond.
The hostess was great. Very pleasant, and sincere. She should be teaching hospitality skills to the rest of the staff.

They sell very good food, since I’m celiac I enjoyed this meal: fajitas (steak, rice, sauces, and tortillas), everything was delicious.

We stopped by this past week around noon for lunch. We walked in and there were no staff around and only two tables with customers. We stood waiting for at least 5 minutes for someone to greet us so we could eat. Nobody was within sight so we just turned around and enjoyed a nice lunch with the establishment next door. Extremely disappointed.

The service was great, but the food was just barely okay. The french fries were over seasoned, and the burger was under seasoned with a very green slice of tomato.
I could have overlooked the seasoning as that was not too big of a deal, but the slice tomato was pure laziness.

Server seemed flustered the whole time. Hope she’s okay. Food was good, as we’ve come to expect, with the exception of our appetizer not being brought out until after our entree. It was cold at that point, obviously.

Chilis has a special place in my heart but the service at this location is declining. As a fellow server who values guests and the guest experience I am disappointed by the service here.Food never fails me though.
