Pulled up, for Philly and Drink. No meal. Get to window, ask you to pay but also ask you to drink past window to wait. Appears to be the trend for small orders with no sides. Walk inside, Sandwich was on counter, ready. From the time I was asked to move to me parking and walking inside, not even a minute went by. Philly tasted like it was frozen previously and the regular sized lemonade is small. Before you even pay, ask if they are going to ask you to move first. Try using cash to ask for refund when they do. The brisket and corned beef is straight for Fast-food but the Philly is horrible. The only thing your getting when your asked to move for the person behind you is a diss. Just get that refund and receipt. Don’t make people pay if you are gonna ask them to waste time too.

First time I’ve ever given a review for an Arby’s.
I feel like “Fast Food”, pretty much speak for themselves as a chain so I refrain from those reviews.
This location, was very clean both inside and out, plenty of parking and a courteous staff.
Large handicap assessable restroom, a beverage area and condiment station that was well stocked and clean.
The issue is, the food.
The double beef sandwich was horrible, I can’t imagine what a small portion of meat must come with a regular sandwich, because the double was definitely lacking. The fish was not edible and the curly fries had a grease flavor and were not hot.
Wouldn’t recommend this location nor would I ever return.
$26 bucks wasted.

At Arby’s SoDo Nya is amazing!
Super helpful explaining the app/rewards and applied the coupons received in the mail.
She’s quick, very pleasant to engage with, polite, and I believe genuinely cares about the customer and their experience/satisfaction.
She went above and beyond which changed my mood, changed my day, for the better!!!
I live around the corner and definitely will be coming more often! Milkshake, curly fries, jalapeno poppers, sandwiches-all delicious and good size portions!
Clean store and clean bathrooms!!!!

My experience here was somewhat odd. The cashier needed some assistance ringing in my order and he got some in the form of a coworker coming over chomping on some chicken she was dipping in ranch which she proceeded to talk with a mouthful of. I then tried to let them know that one of the desserts on display was covered in mold which was surprisingly met with zero alarm because they “don’t sell those”. Then the girl who called out my order was super friendly and even came to check on us during the meal which is rare. The food was tasty and I loved the drink options available. 2 stars seems harsh here consequently but I won’t be returning to this location.

This is NOT the location to go to if you want anything better than rude interactions. Watching your order be given to the wrong person, that other customer taking it back and the store still doesn’t bring it out to you, so when you go in and get it, you get the nastiest attitude back it just doesn’t seem like they care. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but Jayda really doesn’t seem like she wants to work in the service industry. I know it’s fast food, but the food wasn’t fast and the service matched.

Wow I hadn’t been to Arby’s in some time and really used to enjoy the roast beef sandwiches. However I had a very disappointing experience at the Arby’s on the corner of Michigan and Orange Avenue. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two roast beef sandwiches and a fry. When I got to the cashier my order was dollars with some change. So I gave the cashier extra coin change and a $20 bill, an expectation of getting only bills returned. Well the young African-American cashier was absolutely stumped. She couldn’t figure out how to count backward or how much she should give me in return. Even though I remained patient and courteous , she actually got angry and rude with me and said “it’s people like you who make my job hard”. She flung my bag of food out of the window at me, and slammed though drive through window shut. Seems as if she had difficulty being a cashier and not knowing simple arithmetic. Needless to say, the sandwiches were skimpy and look like they were slapped together quickly. Arby’s, what’s going on with your product?

ordered a classic roast beef sandwich with a large fry and a coke. after waiting like 20 minutes i got my food and went home only to find out they messed up my order and gave me a small fry and a double roast beef and cheddar sandwich – which tasted spoiled. (i figured i’d try it since it’s what i got) i was already having a bad day man 🙁

I tend to frequent this Arby’s location because from the very first visit, I’ve had nothing but an outstanding experience. The manager, Melanie, is amazing—extremely well-informed about the menu and always provides an excellent recommendation. 0ther staff members are also attentive yet not overbearing, fostering a truly friendly and inviting environment. The girl that took my order in drive thru wasn’t too pleasant. She gave me a very dry “Welcome to Arby’s “…….. as if she was just over dealing with customers. The guy that gave me my food at the window made up for it. He was friendly and gave me a small yet nice conversation along with a compliment.
That Brown Sugar BLT was delicious. I would definitely order it again.

Hey Guys this is the Arby’s to go too..My goodness…Super Clean..all staff well trained.. customer service was just impeccable. . And the food..love them curly fries but this prime rib sub sandwich was worth every penny ..I put extra meat on it for $2 bucks extra…freshly made for me…This Arby’s need steady customers..I live 15 minutes from it going I4 interstate and I will go too this one always… general manager was there and asst manager but crew never stopped cooking and cleaning and serving customers
