I come here expecting to get one of the blue slushy’s when I got to the counter the cashier said the machine wasn’t on but she could make me the red one. It was not even filled up the the top of the cup. They also didn’t have my peppermint coffee they made me a McFlurry and the ice cream was all over the cup I would not recommend this McDonald

If there was a place for zero stars that is where I am this morning with this McDonald’s on the Georgia Road in Franklin, North Carolina. The customer service was plum terrible they forgot a breakfast sandwich that was for my granddaughter when we got the breakfast sandwich after I drove back around the building when I went through the drive-through The lady at the drive-through you had a attitude at both windows not just one of the windows then they didn’t even know what I needed when I said I need my other sandwich that is a bacon and egg bagel. They get the sandwich for me. I will upload pictures. It was burnt one piece of bacon and a crumb of Bacon And that was after I took it to my granddaughter and she started to eat it and I said, let me see that so I had to go back then the lady gets an attitude again when I asked for a manager because apparently it was the manager in the drive-through that was so hateful to begin with Was only going to give me back money for the bagel after I drove back around the building and drove to my granddaughters house to give her her sandwich. I was not a happy camper thank goodness that was a lady that came up in a burgundy shirt and said give her all of her money back, but I’m still not leaving happy because I still don’t have a sandwich to feed my granddaughter

Traveling through and needed something quick, should have taken the time to read reviews. Hamburgers were slightly above room temp served on hard, dried out buns. French fries are normally served hot or at least warm, nope these were cold. The apple slices, with the kid meal, were the best, cold and crisp in a sealed package. At least the refrigeration works! Haven’t been to a McDonalds in sometime and now I’m reminded of why I avoid them. Deserves ZERO STARS!!!!
Great reply, corporate wanting me to waste my time providing more detail on a poorly rated business. They can’t send out their own resources, order food and discover how poor it is? My time is NOT free!

Rude customer service and false advertisement. Both mobile ordering and kiosks say sauce is free, and we have been provided said sauce before, but occasionally they change their mind and insist we have to pay an extra 50 cents PER sauce. If sauce is supposed to cost something, that’s fine, but misleading customers by advertising it as free, then becoming rude and argumentative when they ask about how to get more sauce is just poor customer service.

The food sucked and the employee taking my order sounded like she just didn’t want to be there, just sounded like it was all she could do to even talk to me over the speaker. When the young lady handed me the food at the second window, I looked and the fries were not full so I handed it back and ask her to fill the fries up and still didn’t fill up the other order. I guess they’re trying to make money by not giving you your food that you order and PAY FOR!!! I work for my money just like everyone else does.

Quit eating there several months ago because of the way the food is made. Tried it again today and it’s worse. Fish sandwich with 1/2 piece of cheese and Big Mac looks as if they cut a patti in half and slopped everything together. Everything cold and the oil on fries was starting to congeal. Folks, I’m tired of this! Nothing looks like pictures and they get how much an hour?
