Always an A1 experience! Food was very delicious and brought out in a timely manner. Our server was very helpful and attentive to our needs. This is the second time I’ve been within a month’s time, and I’m sure to go back very soon!

I’m sooo glad we chose Prive’ to celebrate my sister’s birthday this year! The Staff here is amazing! We had the sweetest waitress “Kiara” she did a phenomenal job taking care of us even though the restaurant was super busy! The security guards Marcus & Terrance were so much fun and had great personalities! We were being silly and they stayed respectful and professional! The Hookah guy was cool too!! The food & DJ were on point! The whole place was a vibe!

Yo Gotti must mean business in his establishment, he has several armed guards. They thoroughly check your belongings before entrance. Ladies leave your comb in the car because they are confiscating them. Ladybug was our server and she did an amazing job for all 11 of us! The Russian Roulette was on point, the food was so dam good, no-one complained about anything!!!

Food is CONSISTENTLY amazing every Sunday I decide to go. Last Sunday was our first time dining in and oh my it was the perfect ending to a great worship service. The gospel playlist had us shouting, singing, and chewing. It was an entire worship service in every bite. Met the owner and she’s such a humble down to earth God fearing woman who simply enjoys the love she puts in her food. I’m coming back as many Sundays as the good Lord allows. Please don’t get me started on these price worthy portions MY MY

Stepping into this restaurant felt exactly like running into an old college flame you knew had potential but never quite made it and despite all odds, you hoped maybe, just maybe, they had turned things around. Spoiler alert: they didn’t.

The moment we walked in, it was clear the “glow up” never happened. The seats were literally falling apart, the table wobbled if you breathed too hard, and the overall atmosphere felt tired and neglected, like they just stopped caring halfway through.

We came on Sunday for what was advertised as a soul food experience. Being a Black-owned restaurant, we had high hopes and left with even higher levels of disappointment.

The stuffing, mac & cheese, broccoli & rice casserole and black eyed peas? Tasteless. It had no seasoning, no soul, no nothing. It was barely lukewarm and clearly had been sitting out long before we arrived. This was the kind of food that made you question your life choices, not the kind that makes you close your eyes and thank your ancestors.

The salmon was an even bigger tragedy. It was obvious that it had been pulled out of the freezer at the last minute and hurriedly thawed, resulting in a rubbery, sad texture that no amount of seasoning could have saved.

It broke my heart, because I wanted to root for them. I wanted them to be great. But just like that college guy who stayed stuck on “potential,” this restaurant stayed stuck in mediocrity, too comfortable to rise to the occasion.

Would I return? Honestly, no. Some things are better left in the past.

Prive still has decent vibes (iykyk why I said that). The DJ’s playlist was a mix of R&B, Rap, and Old Skool. My visit was on a Thursday so there was also karaoke. The server was attentive and took good care of us so no complaints there. The food, however, was subpar. Ordered wings as an appetizer that came out after the entree and they were a little dry, over cooked, and salty. Got the fish and grits and the fish was ok at best (one piece tasted “fishy”, but the grits and the sauce was on point! Also had the pasta with shrimp and sausage which was good but BARELY warm (shrimp were jumbo so that’s a plus). All in all, a decent experience. For the price, it’s a coin toss. Might be worth it depending on the occasion or who you’re going with or why, maybe not.

Chef Terrance is AWESOME. DELICIOUS FOOD. Catfish was fresh and seasoned to perfection. Nice vibe and good drinks. NeNe our waitress was very attentive. Reggie the table guy made sure the table was ALWAYS clear of unused dishes. I WILL RETURN…

Simply put, this place is ghetto fabulous. If you’re used to going to actual 5 star restaurants, this is nothing like that. There is a live Dj inside, which lets you know that this is not your typical “5-star” peaceful environment. More so of a upbeat place for the hood. The food looks good on the outside but actually has a very bland taste! Our food came out cold and we had several problems with the actual taste there of. The ribeye steak I ordered was thin, not juicy at all. The fish my cousin had tasted as if it was cooked frozen, and the hot wings were sweet and cooked too long as well. The tablecloth is a napkin, as if we were eating at a seafood boil place or something and they don’t even use real silverware, had to cut my steak with a plastic knife. Although I will not visit again, What I can say however, is that we had a wonderful server! She was very attentive to our needs and requests and she did a wonderful job serving our table.

Located in the center of East Memphis I know a lot of people go here for birthday gatherings but this is a really cool spot after 9pm weekday really good music food was on point we sat at the bar which was probably the best thing because the bartenders (the twins ) were really good the drinks were amazing and the food I must say was very flavorful and I was very impressed. My favorite thing was the garlic green beans but the only reason why I did not get five stars was because they were a tad bit overcooked But that’s OK because it made up in flavors. The lamb chops could’ve been a tad bit bigger but everything was proportional. Oh my God the blackened Cajun shrimp was probably the best that I’ve ever had. If you never been here give it a chance (helpful hit 2 plus hour wait on Saturday, but during the week is the best time!! ) I must say really good establishment nothing but a good vibe.
