So surprised they offer such nice Chinese dining place. It’s neat and comfortable and ventilation. Also their Manager Mr. Chen is very friendly as well. It’s dinner time and look at these fresh, hot and delicious dishes… i’m checking all buffets in TX… this is really not good deal but the dishes are scrumptious!

Happy visit, celebrated grandkids birthdays. Server friendly and attentive to help keep our table served and clean. Large variety on buffet. All food we choose was fresh and tasted great.

The place was so clean. The staff friendly and quick with our drinks. The buffet was constantly kept stocked. Food was delicious , and fresh. And the buffet kept clean and attractive.

We came right at open so I could really check out the location. The seating is so spacious here with a private party area. It’s well lit, beautifully decorated with high ceilings. I checked out the bathrooms first and found they were pretty clean. The ceiling fan is very noisy and the whole restroom could use a dusting, but I’ve been in far worse restaurant restrooms. There are really only three hot tables with a sushi bar, a dessert bar, and a cold bar as well. There may be a hibachi in the evening, I am unsure. They have a space for it, but this morning it was stacked with supplies. The food was fresh, and it was clean. The tables for the booths are low, or the benches are high and they are difficult for a low mobility person. (me) to get In and out of. The tables and chairs also look low. I am six foot even, so shorter folks should be fine. It is mobility accessable, and overall we had a good experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and polite. Very on top of everything. We will be back, thank you for having us Bamboo Palace.

Great food at a great price. My Chinese friend from the PRC likes it too, even though it is somewhat Americanized for the American palate. There is a huge variety to choose from. And I was so pleased they have a self-serve, ice cream cone maker with rich, tasty vanilla, chocolate, and mixed cones.
They offer a 10%, senior discount, but they did not apply it until I asked for it when I saw my bill. It may have been an oversight. But they did not protest nor did they card me. I am 72!

I am big fan of Chinese Food. 18 month back I tried Bamboo Palace Food and liked it very much. Especially Chicken with Garlic Sauce with veg Fried Rice. I started eating it every week. I leave from work order on phone and pick up on the way to home. BUT from last two months taste gradually going down and down.. plus out look of food is now very light colorless like uncooked chicken and missing some veggies from the completed food pack. I TOLD about this at reception and asked if cook has been changed, they replied no. I started dislike it now.
Today again I could not eat all of it. It’s tasteless. Throwing it in Trash. It’s not like it was few months back. I am thinking to change my dish that may be okay. ALSO trying to find another Chinese restaurant near Cedar Hill Texas. Sorry to say bye to Bamboo Palace.

Some of the food was cold but most of the food is good.
They don’t have real crab it’s imitation.
But they do have a good variety of good food. The tables were clean and nice and the Service was fast.
The vanilla ice cream didn’t really taste like vanilla ice cream but it tasted more sweet but it was still good.
The ice cream cones kinda stale too but ok. Over all This restaurant gets a 3.5 because it wasn’t the best but it was still good.
