Great food. Great friendly staff. First time here and it was fantastic. Juicy burgers with crispy thin onion rings. Old fashioned on the burgers grills the onions and is worth it. Definitely will come back.

My wife and I have been going to Cotten’s for years. We have always enjoyed the food, but there has been one constant problem. There is an older woman employee who cleans the tables and says very rude and offensive things to many of the customers. I won’t make this review too long–there are many stories–but the one that made us decide not to go back to Cotten’s happened yesterday. We were walking toward the exit after eating and saw the offensive old woman walking in. She looked at us and said, “You should have opened the door for me! Shame on you, for not doing it!” Even knowing how rude this woman is, we were still surprised. We weren’t even close to the door yet. We decided we will no longer put up with this kind of behavior. There are many great restaurants in Lake Charles where the staff is not rude and offensive. We will not go back to Cotten’s.

Delicious!! Disclaimer: These are photos from two different days. Nevertheless, this is probably one of the last home style, family oriented, cost affordable, restaurants left. Shrimp burger, Egg Burger, Cheeseburger, Fries, Onion Rings, and their Lemonade. All 10/10 would recommend!

Great hole in the wall. Reminds me of an old school burger place that was in New Orleans a long time ago. The old fashioned cheeseburger was delicious. As was the onion rings and fries. You can’t go wrong here. The prices are right and the food is delicious! Check ‘em out!!!
