Poor customer service full of attitude and felt very inconveniened to take my order. Didn’t ask us about sauce, and once we got home, we noticed our order was messed up with no straw for my drink. Pic below shows the “not so cinnamon sugar twists.”

Update 2: Went back again because I don’t learn my lesson. This time I ordered a chalupa and it was MOLDY!
Update: Went back after a couple of months and the beef tasted marginally better. Still worse than every other Taco Bell I’ve been to.
Also, this trip I used the mobile app to order a Luxe box and requested cinnamon twists instead of nachos and six packets of sauce. I didn’t get my cinnamon twists, just a bag of crushed chip fragments. And no sauce. No napkins either. And my taco was completely smashed.

It was so snowing out so we dined inside. The cashier was so pleasant. I would have taken more pictures of my food. But….It was so fresh and prepared with care. We gobbled the taco pizza and tacos down.

This branch is never EVER open on time at 9am. To make matters worse, mobile orders will still go through only to have you arrive at a closed store. They frequently don’t update their menu on the app and have to cancel or modify orders, and they consistently mess up customized food items. Overall, one of the worse Taco Bells I have frequented; and I frequent a lot of different Taco Bells….. frequently.

Finally a good Taco Bell experience! Got a crunch wrap supreme and it had that good crunch and nacho cheese goodness. Husbands loaded nachos and beefy cheese burrito were good as well. They loaded us up on sauces and food came out quickly.

Soggy hard shell tacos. I just ordered a combo of 3 hard shell tacos and all the taco shells were soggy and sitting in meat juice. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I’ve gone to other locations and they’ve been a little better. It’s like they make them a head of time and let sit. It can’t be that hard to make a taco to order. 🙁
