I agree with the assessment that the experience depends on who is working. During the week when we go for breakfast everything is 5 star almost always. Top notch food and tip notch service. During the weekends, however, we have had exactly the opposite experience. We have lately avoided our Sunday morning breakfast stop. Thank you for the feedback link. I will go there and provide details. Twice in recent weeks I did return our drive thru meal inside so that I could provide feedback to the management on duty. I would love to see the weekends get to par with our morning weekday experience because the restaurant is our quick go-to breakfast stop for good food.

Running a business is incredibly hard, and coordinating a team of employees is even harder. That said, this McDonald’s location absolutely knocks it out of the park. They get it right about 90% of the time, and even the other 10% is still good—which easily makes this the best-run McDonald’s I’ve visited in the Pennsylvania area.

I stop here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner whenever I don’t feel like cooking at home. Sure, they may get something wrong occasionally, but they’re human. What matters to me is that the food is always fresh and the staff is consistently friendly.

For example, I ordered breakfast for my family on New Year’s Day, and everything was made perfectly. Did they forget my son’s apples? Yes—but that didn’t take away from how quickly and efficiently our food was prepared, especially the day after a holiday.

I’d happily give this location 5 out of 5 stars any day of the week!

Awful! Ordered breakfast on the app and they cancelled my order. And, never notified me until I went to pick it up. Then I decided to order 2 double cheeseburgers and McChickens. When pulling up to pay, the cashier was so disrespectful. Irritated with an attitude that I questioned her about my cancelled order. And, a refund since they charged me. Standing there laughing at me and slammed the sliding window shut. After leaving and upon eating my food. It was ALL BURNT!! I feel like it was done intentionally too. Because it was all visibly burnt and they STILL served it to me as a customer. So upsetting and poor customer service. And quality food.

This is the closest McDonald’s however my food really depends on whos working at the time. There is no consistency at this location. My $5 shake comes out 2/3s filled. My burger has 3 tomato slices stacked up on 1 spot. My mchicken has mayo all over the outside of the wrapper, if I order a burger instead of chicken the outside of the wrapper is covered in grease, Sometimes the wait in the drivethru takes 20 minutes (not an exaggeration), when you finally get through the long line, they hand me someone elses order, you drive back around and they cant find nor remember your order, so you ordee again & wait all over again for them to make it… issues like this happens ALL the time. Consistently. I wish I could order a product & get the same product everytime. These issues shouldnt be issues, employees should all get the same training & then be tested so they can provide a proper product. Im assuming they either learn by watching another employee & then get thrown into the job or their just too lazy to provide the product I paid for, properly. Either way, this reflects on poor management of this location, they are not performing to match the service we are used to at a regular location.
Sure I could file a complaint on Mcdonalds’s website & get a $5 gift card to comp my poorly put together food that I waited 20 minutes for in a drive thru but I would have to do this EVERY order.. just to go back, spend the $5 gift card and deal with another issue. Please can you guys just get it together

Great service. The food is okay, but its always been that way. My order was correct but it is what it is with fast food. It’s an easy meal but not the best food ever. Their McNuggets are amazing thought but I wish they’d give more sauces. If you order a 10 piece they give you 2 sauce unless you ask, 20 piece they give you 3 unless you ask and a 40 piece they give you. Now I dont know about anyone else, but for any of those sizes, that is enough sauce me. The workers wonderful because if you ask for an extra sauce or even an extra two or three sauces and the manager isn’t around they will give them to you for nothing even though they’re not supposed to without charging you I believe it’s 25 cents a sauce and they will give you two or three if you ask without charging you. Now if the manager is there they have to charge you for the sauce and that is not on them but I just find it ridiculous that you are being charged for extra sauce. It’s not the fact that it’s only a couple of cents more per sauce it’s about the fact that they don’t give you enough sauce in the first place and there’s really no reason to charge for it especially if you’re only getting one or two. I could see if you ask for six of them and that’s why they would have to charge you but 9 times out of 10 that is not the case. And I do not blame the workers at all

Just left with a very large order. The manager, I believe her name may have been Ashley per the receipt, waited on me inside the store. I went in to place the order because I wanted to be sure I had everything before leaving. My entire order was correct and the manager packed it up nicely for transport. She and the other staff were very friendly and professional. Great job!
