I absolutely love coming to Chili’s, especially on Thursdays at the bar. Jeanne is hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. She’s friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome the second you sit down. Drinks are always perfect, service is fast, and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Jeanne alone is a reason to come back—she makes every visit better. Highly recommend stopping by the bar if you get the chance!

We haven’t been to Chili’s in nine years, so we stopped by to try it. We told the server it’s been so long, thinking she would Give us some recommendations. She just walked off. We ordered the fajitas. The fajita meat tasted like it came from the Euro store up the road. The cheese looked like it came from the discount store down the road. The hostess only started paying us attention when she saw me filling out the survey. We came in, spent $70, spent 10 minutes there, and left to take our food home so we could recook and re-season it where it was actually edible. Her only excuse was, ‘Sorry, we have a new chef.’ She didn’t offer any discount or anything like that, just, ‘Sorry, new chef.’ So, after nine years, I would have to say I would not recommend going back to Chili’s, at least in this town.

We were in Wichita KS and accidentally ordered in Ponca City OK for pick up via DoorDash. DoorDash refused to refund the order if we canceled it so I called the store so they knew we were 77 miles away but coming to pick up the order. The manager was getting off work and offered to drive to meet us half way on her way home from work. Did I mention we just had a snow storm so the roads are not great at the moment? Talk about going above and beyond. The food arrived hot and tasted great. The manager was wonderful and so so nice. She even gave us a chips and salsa for the trouble we had with not being able to cancel our order via DoorDash. It wasn’t her problem but she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You don’t see that every day. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us tonight.

I was always a Chillis fan but had quit going because in my hometown in Texas it was not good. Today we came to Ponca City for our granddaughters HOCO for basketball and because the choices in Ponca City are limited we decided to give it a try again. It was so refreshing to eat at a Chillis that is as perfect as I had remembered before most went downhill. First of all Rebecca is an amazing server, and she really cared about our experience. All I could think is,”How can she be so young and have the professionalism and values of service my generation was raised with.” You just dont get that kind of service anymore. It was refreshing. She definitely needs recognized and a raise. Keep ahold of her because they dont make waitress like that anymore. Secondly, “That steak though!” It was tender and cooked perfectly. Kudos to the cook! My experience was so good that I spoke to the manager who was really nice and professional. She really cares not only about her staff but the store as well. Chillis is a diamond in the rough of Ponca City. Oklahoma. If you go to Ponca City its a must try!!! I myself will go back and specifically when Rebecca’s there!!!

My experience at chillis tonight was nothing short of phenomenal! The waitress was super attentive to me and my mother and she was so kind to talk with us while also giving other tables the same treatment. It wowed me. The food was absolutely amazing we got the bacon burger and nothing beats their fries! This place has an amazing atmosphere and I will be coming again!

We frequently #Refuel at Chili’s not only wit my family but also wit my Church friends after Sunday Services. Food is generally very good quality/value wit an adequate to friendly wait staff. Wait/pick up times, bar services, and environment are all as expected, trending towards speedy/excelling.
