Food was great! Small portions but enough to fill ya up. Workers were a little rude and not very helpful if you have questions. Bathrooms were very gross need a serious deep clean. Nasty. I hope the kitchen isnt as nasty as the bathrooms. But good food just dont ask questions and dont use the restrooms.

Service in drive thru was nice and quick. The drive thru attendant had a hard time hearing the order and had to stop us multiple times to catch up and have us repeat the order a few times. The food is always correct and hot. You get a good amount of food for your money.

Love this place!! Not many places anymore, a family of 5 can eat for 42 dollars. We were full and happy. The selection of items on the cookout trays is top-notch. The service was fast, and the cashier was friendly. The food was ready quickly, nice and warm. Great overall visit!!! No complaints from us!! Gob bless!!

Just got a meal and it has to be the worst I ever got there. Got the double burger meal. The most taste on it was the pickles. Got onion rings and there were only 2. Got cheese bites there were maybe 3 good one and the rest looked like scraps. Was so not worth going.

Placed an order for a double chocolate shake. Got a couple miles away tasted it barely any chocolate flavor. I drove all the way back and ask for a double chocolate shake and it was almost vanilla ice cream. I was so disappointed especially after I drove back for nothing. It is a big waste of money and food.

I met my husband here during his lunchbreak from work. Granted, it was a week day at noon, so we expected a lunch rush. The thing is, there was no lunch rush, but it still took forever to get our food. We had to wait so long for our food that we didn’t even get to sit down to eat. By the time we got out order, my husband had to take his and eat it on his way back to work. I sit inside alone and ate my lunch. Not exactly the mid day date we had hoped to have. I wasn’t impressed by the food. My husband got a bbq sandwich and i plainly told the young man taking orders “no slaw” at least 3 different times. My husband told me later that it had slaw on it, but he still complimented it. Said it would have been excellent had it not had slaw on it. This was not a good dining experience, all the way around. I really hate to rate the Cookout so poorly bc I’ve eaten there in the past, a couple of times, and the food and service were a lot better. But they dropped the ball this particular day.

Not the same cookout as it was back in the day. They’ve not properly made a shake since I moved back to Tennessee. Got a peanut butter fudge shake, but I might as well have gotten vanilla ice cream with the lack of flavoring. Pretty much the same issue every time I come. Not worth anyone buying ice cream here if you want quality ice cream. You won’t taste any of the crazy flavors they advertise.

Cooks out is fast and efficient. I am not sure what’s up with the speaker when you order (I just say okay and then go to the next window). The order is always right and what I ordered I just wish I could what they said back.
I usually get a soft drink but occasionally I get a milk shake and they have so many options that are to die for at cookout. Come on buy and just try to create your favorite flavor.
