Very last time I’m eating at this location. This McDonald’s has consistently turned me away from all McDonald’s in general. There has been something very wrong with my experience each and every time I have been here in the past. This time there was a long hair in my husbands sandwich. The staff and management is a complete joke. Always very rude and bossy to and in front of customers. Save your self a trip and the money and go somewhere else.
When my husband went to get a refund for his sandwich the manager couldn’t even look at him or say anything to him about it. He noticed barely anyone was wearing a hairnet back there. Disgusting.

This location is absolute TRASH! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They get every single order wrong, even if you don’t custom order anything special.. Don’t bother ordering a large fry, they put the same amount of fries as a medium. We actually compared the amount…it was the same. Don’t even think about asking for no sauce on something or asking for extra onions on a burger, it’s like they intentionally make stuff wrong if you ask to customize something. The last few times we have gone, the order was incorrect. Once we order two #9 meals (2 cheesburger meal) with extra onion. We got triple ketchup and no onions at all. We actually had to take the burger apart and wipe off the ketchup. On our last order we asked for no sauce on the chicken wrap…it was drowning in ranch and hardly had any lettuce or cheese. It was a ranch wrap with chicken. These are not the only examples, just the most recent. The other issues were not giving us the right order etc. We are done with this location. They do not care, they are never prepared and you ALWAYS have to pull around a wait, even when they are not busy. Also, your lucky if your fries are hot…it is a rarity if they are. THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE.

Went through drive thru. They were not busy. And had an app code it accidentally said pick up at counter. Ask to pick up at drive thru window he said he couldn’t do that. Went in was ignored for several minutes from a curly hair young man that was complaining to co worker about customers.

No soap in the women’s restroom and there were employees using it so obviously they were not washing their hands. My husband said the men’s restroom floor was so sticky with urine that his shoes stuck to the floor. Trash cans outside were overflowing. We were there at 3:20 in the afternoon and they were not busy. Someone should have been cleaning!

Food was just okay. Order was correct service was fast. The biggest thing was flies. There had to have been a couple hundred flies crawling on tables/counters/ceiling/soda machine. Dead flies on the counter. Nice restaurant they obviously just need to figure out how to combat the flies.

Food is decent at times and others is just thrown together. Seems that everytime you go there even if they are busy or not you are going to be pulled around and have to wait. I have started going to other McDonald’s locations because of how this location is. Some employees are well mannered and seem to care while others are the complete opposite.

Place was absolutely filthy, just in our section alone we maybe encountered 15 flies. Tables hadn’t been wiped down, underneath the booths was enough food to fill a plate alone. When brought to the managers attention, the counter argument was “well we’re short staffed” which is completely understandable but designating someone to cleaning should always be a priority. When walking in the bathroom the floor was covered in mud and water, and all that was done, was a wet floor sign before walking in.

They were really busy and the food was surprisingly good. The fries were really fresh and our burgers were good. The surface was just OK. The person taking your order was a local trying to have a fake Scottish accent but just made things weird and try to flip the cups to us instead of just hand them to us. I pointed out a dead fly in the drink station and an employee left and was gone. A long time came back, wiped it up without getting the two flies that were right behind it.
