I ate here on May 24,2025 , I ordered the steak campirano. Came out looking great, tasted okay, I got full so I took the rest home. May 25,2025 I heated my food up and I took a bite out of my steak when I seen these worm looking things sticking out my steak. I instantly threw it up and come to find out they’re parasites. I went back today to show them what was in my steak and they denied that it came from their restaurant and that they don’t sell that there. They were totally unprofessional. They eventually gave me a refund but I am sick to my stomach and this needs to be reported to the health department asap!

The food is amazing here.
I love the vegetarian quesadilla! It’s always a hit for us. They serve warm chips when you’re seated. It’s so crunchy and nice.
I also got the virgin pina colada- DELICIOUS!
My husband loved the churros with ice cream and the fried cheesecake drizzled with raspberry drizzle!
The atmosphere is very nice and lively.
Must try!

It was a Tuesday, so my husband and I decided to go out to lunch for tacos. Due to a recommendation for a taco shell salad, we landed at Los Jalapeños Bar & Grill.
We got there just as they opened at 11am. For a little while we had the place all to our selves. However, by the time we left after the 12 o’clock hour, it started filling up. The space is quite large with fun decor, photo props, and plenty of seating at the bar or in the restaurant area itself. It was very comfortable and quiet for lunch, but I could see how it probably gets much more lively at night.
They do have lunch specials, but we were really only there to try one thing – taco salads in a fried taco shell! I opted for chicken and my husband opted for steak. We had dressings on the side. We chose ranch, and it had a bit of a kick! Perfect for dipping the shell in when we were done with the actual salad. I do have to mention that while we were waiting, we had fresh, warm tortilla chips with salsa. It was my favorite type of salsa, which was not chunky, but more of a restaurant style. I even added some of it to my salad because it was so good.
The soup? Chicken enchilada! So good!

Food is excellent. Margaritas are amazing. The service is extremely slow! Also, my sister and another customer had a severe allergic reaction to something there!! Had to rush out of there to get medicine to reverse effects. We narrowed it down to her severe latex allergy. Someone in the kitchen using latex gloves?? Do better Los Jalapeños or we won’t be back!!

Great restaurant overall. It’s a very simple and straightforward place. The new location (from before the pandemic) gives it a lot more space.
The food is great. Portion sizes are hefty. Food is fresh. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
The chips were straight out of the oven. Well, technically they’re fried. But you know what I mean – hot and fresh.
There’s parking behind the building- which rarely fills up.
The bathroom was clean and well kept, which I believe to be a sign of a restaurant that makes an effort for hygiene overall.
The decor is a little busy but I’ve seen worse. Some might call it eclectic.
There’s a decent sized bar with ver typical Mexican-style drinks -margaritas, sangria, tequila, etc.

Just came from this restaurant not too long ago today and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly the entire time (THE WHOLE STAFF!), which is a huge plus for me! We had some tacos…shrimp, chicken, and 2 types of pork. We were there during happy hour so we tried their house margaritas on the rocks with sugar around the brim and they were pretty good and sorta strong! Also I grabbed a dragonfruit mojito before we bounced and it was very tasty! I’m not usually a mojito type of gal because it’s too minty. Wasn’t a fan of the chips and salsa (the chips were pretty good thou w/o that salsa)

This place is a gem, good quality food and reasonably priced. We ordered their seafood stew. I didn’t know what to expect with the stew because I don’t know if seafood is their specialty. The soup was served well, good portion, right temperature and plenty of seafood. I am surprised they didn’t use ginger to season but it didn’t diminish the flavor.
I would have given them a five star rating but their service is not quite there. Our waiter was busy and didn’t have time to attend our table (and other tables around us).
Again, their food is good but the service can bring up the their overall performance.

Spent almost 2 hours in the restaurant for food that was delayed, not tasting right, and wait staff that inadequately solved the issue. I’ve been going since before Covid with no problems. This? This broke me and I won’t be back for a very long time, if ever. heck, half my table didn’t even eat. No manager to address, no discounts, nothing. But that’s fine. Loss of business is how I will reciprocate the experience.

The food and the entertainment were great! There were 5 in our party with a variety of meals. All of the food was good. I had the oxtail stew which was very tasty but I did wish the oxtail was cooked longer to get more tender. I ask the waiter for more broth but he said each is cooked when ordered, so no additional broth. The Saturday evening we visited there was a singer performing and she was amazing. The restaurant got fuller as the evening went on, but it was not overwhelmingly crowded. It was a great atmosphere with good service.
