No it’s really crazy about this Wendy’s it’s not even in my neighborhood. I khave to leave my own neighborhood where I have a Wendy’s and to come all the way to this Wendy’s. Excellent service. Excellent food! Woohoo!

Hot fries when they were only moderately busy so that’s great. Accuracy is good. Got my sandwich without tomatoes as requested. Whole place very clean including the bathrooms.

I went to the Drive-through about 11:10-11:15am and order a number 2, 2 jr bacon biggie bags and a kids meal! I get to my husbands work and start passing out the food and I’m missing a whole biggie bag and 1 nugget to the other biggie bag! I drive to Wendy’s and go inside to get it fixed and the manager accused me of stealing! Saying she bagged it and what ever happened from when you left to now it’s missing. Idk if people have done that or not but I have been a manager at Wendy’s and other fast food places and you are to never accuse someone even if they did it. She was so disrespectful I will never be coming back there! If I could give a 0 star I would

Like any other locations. This is newer so the inside is nice. They also have outdoor seating. The food is sometimes hot sometimes not. Sometimes it tastes fresh sometimes its gross.

This place is more worried about chit chat and socializing they cant get an order right. They were not even busy. Extra mayo add extra pickle and extra onion. I use to be a gm for hardees and my managers would be in hot water if their crew couldnt make orders right. This is not the first time. I come here regularly and every time its a disappointment. Between waiting at the counter for someone to slowly come over after their done socializing or get off their phones to the people in drive thru who dont listen properly when a guest is ordering. Upper management needs to step in and correct their managers before Wendys becomes like hardees. There is no sense of urgency in this place at all. It does not matter if you are slam packed or if you’re slow you should have a sense of urgency to hurry up and get the customers out so they can go back home or where they can eat or go to the dining room and sit where they can enjoy I have had to tell the employees at this location that the bathroom was trashed there was out of toilet paper it’s ridiculous every 30 minutes you should go check the bathrooms because you guys have a lot of homeless people that go in and out of that store if you guys want to stay open you need to change your management and get rid of like 99% of that crew I’ve only met one good worker there
