Had a great time here, good food, and friendly staff. Started off with chips and salsa. Salsa was great, amazing flavor with just the right amount of heat. We ordered the Chile con queso and the queso blanco, both were fine on their own but a little disappointing after the salsa. The Mexican Candy Margaritas were outstanding just be careful with this smooth cocktail it will sneak up on you. Our entrée was the Tamale deluxe perfectly cooked. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The inside is decorated very pretty very festive. The food was decent. Amount of customers that was in the restaurant at the time, it took a little bit more time than it should in our opinion. Service was slow. Not sure why because there wasn’t many people in the restaurant. Good place for a good memory . This place is walking distance from many hotels.

First time there. Drinks great,food delicious service was a little bit strange our first waitress just left and didn’t tell us she was leaving so we waited for 10 minutes until we got the manager and then she made a kitchen staff wait on us but for a kitchen staff Juan did a great job.

I had a very disappointing experience at Rancho Grande recently. I ordered an enchilada dinner, and when it arrived, I was horrified to find the meat was undercooked. Which is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one that serves ground meat in most of the meals !
I immediately flagged this issue to the staff, hoping for a quick resolution. However, I was met with silence. They didn’t apologize or offer to fix the problem; they simply ignored my concerns. This lack of response was disturbing. The employees kept awkwardly looking at me after I sent the food back.
Not only was the food unsafe to eat, but the poor service made the situation even worse. I left the restaurant feeling disappointed and disgusted. I cannot recommend Rancho Grande based on this experience and will think twice before returning.

I used to say if I’m going to a Mexican restaurant I’m only getting Mexican food. I always had my doubts on other cuisines at restaurants but that’s my fault for pre judging. Today I ate my own words and realized how wrong I am for judging something shouldn’t have.
I got 5lbs of crawfish and they were freaking amazing!!! Talk about easy peel, great spice, potatoes were tender, the sausage link was great the corn was spicy!
