I like McDonald’s, but I’ve noticed a recurring issue with mobile app orders. It seems like drive-thru orders are always prioritized first, which often leaves mobile customers waiting much longer than expected. The app is supposed to make the process quicker and more convenient, but instead it feels slower. It would be great if this McDonald’s could improve how mobile orders are handled so the experience matches the convenience the app promises.

I ask for fresh fries they give me old, lampy and soggy, I Asked The 2nd Window I mentioned Fresh fries and Buger was old, cold, had way to much dressing on it the Mocha was milted like water. For 3 orders I had to waited soooo long, they made me waited 15 minutes was frustrating, the driver through gentleman was not polite at all, and when you order food, he keeped saying is that all? Is that all? Very very annoying. You cannot even see the menu I hope the owner fix it, and train the employees to be kind, polite to the customers. Service and quality of food is very important. I make sure I don’t go here ever again.

This is the fourth time that I have ordered a Happy Meal for my grandson and the apples are missing again. I have a copy of the receipt that shows that there should be apples and french fries in his Happy Meal. I am not sure what the deal is with McDonald’s that they always stick the extra pickles one on top of the other in the middle. Is that how you would eat your hamburger at home with everything stuck in the middle? Also, the french fries were made specifically with no salt on them they were old tasting and dry. Mc Donalds is a treat for us. Disappointing it was not better.

Went to location and the manager named Carmen discriminates against me and refused to service me because I had a support animal that has been there with me before with no issues. She even refused to serve me when I asked for order to go. This incident was really embarrassing since there were other customers there also I’m dining room. I even asked here if she could review the actual law pertaining to service animals or contact corporate so she could be up to date on the laws pertaining to this situation. But she replied no, I guess they had to get back to standing around and talking because that’s what they were doing when we arrived there. This manager violated the law blatantly and I can’t believe the owner still has her there working showing customers for his how much concern he has got his customer who are discriminates against. As of this day I have filled complaint against location but I am still waiting call back from corporate, not sure if they care at all also I have filled a complaint with DOJ and ADA. If the manager would of allowed us to order for take out at the end which she didn’t, I probably would of calmed down and let this pass, but come on how many slaps in the face do I take before I say enough. My understanding is if this is this locations first violation they will be fined $75,000 but if it’s not their first offense then the fine jumps up to $150,000. I hope this pushes this location to better train their staff and educate them on the right and laws pertaining to their guest.. And you know what makes this even more ridiculous is that they let homeless people sit in the dining room all day, but paying customers they refuse to serve. Wow

This is probably the dirtiest and most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The place literally had trash thrown about, there was a homeless man hanging out in the back by the restrooms, our food containers were covered in grease, the girl taking our order did not listen when we did the order and got most of it wrong. Will definitely not come back to this one, pictures attached for reference.

I recently visited this newly renovated location (5-10-25), and there is no menu. Unless you go to McDonald’s daily there is no way of knowing what’s on the menu of how much anything cost. They add new item to the menu all the time and the prices change also. There’s only an kiosk where you can see what’s on the menu.There’s a wall in front of the kitchen staff, so you can’t see the employees.

ordered ahead through the app and they couldn’t find my order. waited a little for them to make my large iced code and it was a little too sweet for my taste so I went over to the beverage fountain to add ice and water, turns out it’s not functional. not sure why. didn’t bother hanging around to ask.

Horrible place, horrible staff. The manager didn’t care at all that the staff was being rude and inattentive, and then smiled in my face like he didn’t care about one word I said. Rude, unprofessional and awful. The blonde male manager, seemed like a bully.

If you have to visit this location, I highly recommend going thru the drive thru. I really don’t understand why they have a dining area in the first place. There are several kiosks to order from and plenty of seating. The dining area is clean and appears renovated. There is one register to order from; however, it is not manned by an employee. There is very limited interaction with staff. Staff come out from the kitchen only to place your order on the counter and yell out your order number. If you need napkins, condimemts, or a correction to your order, good luck! You literally need to get into their line of sight by crossing employee areas or yelling out to them. They prioritize the drive thru and basically ignore customers dining in.
