I come to this McDonalds a lot since I live in town. Yesterday my cheeseburgers were raw when I got them. I have a pregnant wife who cannot have raw meat. I contacted the store and they would do nothing about it. I see this as a health hazard.

I don’t go to McDonalds very often, but sometimes on a road trip it is the place to go. And…if you are going to go to a McDonalds it is fun to go to one that hearkens back to the 1950s. There are not many of these double arches buildings around anymore. I think I enjoyed looking at the building and comparing it to old pictures online more than the food itself. Granted, it is hard to go wrong with oatmeal (which is the only thing I order there) and the kids had the standard value menu cheeseburger. The inside of the building has been updated and it was clean. The server was gracious and the food was hot.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a McDonald’s that didn’t look like an office break room! Food was fast and fresh and very satisfying as was the iced coffee.
The real star of this location is the view outside. One of the most beautiful stretches of green field I’ve seen.

McDonald’s in new Baden. I went through the drive thru today and ordered chicken nuggets. When she was handing me my bag. I was asking if my sweet sauce was in there. She was very rude and just closed the window on me.

Way 2 go McDonald’s Team 1/11/26 at 5:45pm I ate here and it was fantastic!! I rarely give out five stars but you guys deserve it the food was hot and prepared how I asked and my sauce was in the bag The food was fresh and correct service was quick and efficient it don’t get no better than that definitely would stop here again if I come back through Illinois thanks guys

Almost every time I order here my food is wrong. Seems like they don’t know how to make a quarter pounder deluxe or are just too lazy to care definitely not worth spending my money here if everytime my order is wrong

I love this McDonald’s one of the best in the St. Clair/Clinton area, I’ve been coming here for years, but when I came today and witnessed the manager treat the drive thur employee like she was incompetent even though the manager was wrong. I was furious. This manager couldn’t handle the rush, got confused about who was at the window and when the employee corrected her she proceeded to get upset and handle it in front of the window. Said “look at me look at me” to get the employee to look her in the eyes like a child along with other snarky, passive aggressive comments to this employee while I was there. This is unacceptable. She was very rude to her employee and that is not how we treat people. If she can’t handle a simple lunch rush without treating her employees poorly she needs to be fired. The managers name was Jen as I asked and apologized to the employee because that was humiliating for her. This was at 1:21pm on 10/08/2025.

I know this McDonald’s is perfect for anyone but there’s several problems if you do the drive thru it’s quick but if you go inside I had to wait longer then anything the food is good the service is fine and the atmosphere fine but I’m thinking there’s not enough people there

Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and a large orange juice. They tried giving me unsweetened tea Wich I bought and let them know. Then after I left and got to work I found out there wasn’t cheese on my biscuits. Very disappointed
