I ordered food to be delivered at curbside. They had me waiting 10 minutes time the order was supposed to have been processed and ready. Then I got out of my car to walk in for them to hand me food that had been sitting in the bag. The manager Jon was no where to be found for an additional several to 10 minutes where he finally responded that this is what we do. No apologies. No other explanation. I proceeded to ask for my refund. I didn’t want a custard. I wanted hot food. And to get the refund he took an additional 10 minutes. This is unbelievable. Poor customer service. No help and cold food. Then the same guy failed to return my money and took the food saying call the store manger Kyle. This is absolutely ridiculous and the worst service I have ever seen by a restaurant. No I have to call the bank and dispute. This is the last they will EVER see of my business or money!

Stopped by while traveling through and it was only 11:45…and super busy!! The fries were perfectly hot. The burgers were just a tad dry but overall good. We used the drive thru and the guys bringing good out were very efficient and polite!

My wife and I dined inside about 11:30 on a Saturday. The counter service was great. The lady serving in the dining room was very friendly and helpful to all. The young man named Henry who was working the dining room and the drive through. He was very polite and friendly. Whatever you pay him is not enough.

This post is late, but I wanted to be sure to recognize the employees that work there. I was picking up food about 1-2 weeks ago, during the dinner rush and the restaurant was slammed – every table filled, a bus load of traveling athletes, people waiting for to-go orders and the drive through backed up to Wabash. Your employees were something to watch – they all moved in a coordinated effort, no one was frustrated, everyone was pleasant and friendly. And, considering how many people they were serving at that one time, the food was served fast and they were attentive to everyone in line and in the dining room. Kudos to your employees and your manager

My daughter and I went to Culver’s tonight as a special treat. We enjoyed our food, which was perfect. Sam(the short one..lol) took our order and waited patiently since we had to review the menu first. He was very polite and treated us with respect. We had our meal and then went back up for ice cream. Audrey, was very polite and respectful as well. The atmosphere was great. There was someone in the lobby at all times keeping it clean and helping customers if need be, even though they were very busy. I will definitely be back again due to how I was treated. The food was a bonus! Being treated with respect always feels good. These days that’s hard to find. Thank you Sam and Audrey for making my night with exceptional service!! The manager gave my daughter a little something as well.

I went in yesterday and was served by someone named Isabella, she was very rude and disengaged while taking my order and as I was waiting for my food she was talking very rudely and obnoxiously to one of her coworkers about someone else. She was just cussing up a storm and being very vulgar. Safe to say the people here do not train well and even tho the food was good it was definitely not worth it to deal with all that. Will never be back.

Culver’s is always great. Went on a fundraiser night so parking was tight and seating was full. But food is always good. The menu can accommodate all types, even those watching calories, carbs, etc. Had the Strawberry Fields salad, chicken was delicious, done but not dry. Great job.
