The entire staff was wearing masks and refused to tell us why they were wearing masks when asked even though it is legally mandated for them tell us if there’s an outbreak of Covid or any other sickness and the worker that we had asked that extremely rude and they’re not even wearing their masks correctly so usually should be really good. I ordered twice of the same food and it came out cold.

I had an online order and after I got it I noticed a couple burgers toppings weren’t correct. It ended up being the apps fault, but Shanta was so kind helping me correct it. Shanta was incredibly busy and still took the time to make me feel like an important customer. Fantastic customer service. My favorite BK to go to. Everyone was working so hard and handled the very busy restaurant professionally.

The entire team at this Burger King, located on Cobb Drive, made us feel very good welcome. The bathrooms are clean and the play area for the kids is clutch. I let my kiddos play while I went back and forth to order and grab the food once it was ready. The staff let us bring our Vizsla into the location upon request because it was too hot to leave her in the vehicle. The other customers were friendly too! We loved this little stop so much we played for over an hour. Thank you to the team at this location!

I usually have no complaints about this location, but tonight was subpar — even for Burger King. I asked, quite plainly, for as many Zesty sauces as they were legally allowed to give me. I was handed one. I asked again, and received… one more.
Are these sauces being mined in Angola? Or are they simply rationing them as if they were caviar?
Also, the ice cream machine was down. What is this, McDonald’s. No one actually believes that when they say it.

the food it’s self is good when made right. i have a constant problem with ordering my cheese burgers no mustard. that’s typically all but for some reason every time i have been there their’s either mustard, no pickles, NO CHEESE, the top bun wasn’t warmed, or some other very simple thing word. its just a cheese burger CHEESEBURGER no mustard but yet they make it seem so difficult. (i’ve worked at bk previously but not this one and this is just not okay)

On Oct 18 ,25 we went into this burger kind to eat when we first walk it there was six people in the front .i went to sit down to wait for my friend .i went back up to the front to see what is taken so long they was about 8 trays on the front counter everyone was not tin the right station walking around push out cold food people wait to 45 to a hour on there food Ty should have 1 person the back windows taking orders in doing money second won’t the person in the the second window should make drinks .. let me come and show yall how to run it

We frequent this particular BK weekly for breakfast and always go through drive thru. Unlike most fast food drive thru’s, we have never had the wrong order and it always taste great!
