It gets worse every time I go. Orders always wrong, food is a sloppy mess. It’s too expensive to not make a sandwich the right way. Bacon egg and cheese bagel made with a round egg? Gross. Just tell me if you’re too lazy to make more folded eggs. Idk why I ever bother going here on rare occasions. I’m not anymore.

I come here because this is one of the few McDonalds that has a play area. I’ve noticed that over the past few months this place has been getting worse.
Drive through normally great. Inside however different story.
No one to great you just walk in and order at the kiosk. Never any paper in the printer for the tickets.
Floors are always sticky. Never any ketchup for dining in.
The people here I am positive are great people. This seems like a failure of leadership.

Self-ordering was easy and a preferred method for me. They delivered the food to my table pretty quickly. Some areas, especially the play area bathroom, were particularly messy. They really need a worker for cleaning which I didn’t notice. I LOVE the play area. It was my kid’s first time experiencing that which holds a nostalgic place in my heart. The play area has a toddler space and a climbing obstacle course on 2 levels. They also have a cool light-up table that changes bulb colors when touched. We will definitely visit again. My kids had a blast.

This was the very first time I ordered anything from this McDonald’s and with GrubHub and I got the order and my sandwich was completely wrong and then I can’t get anybody at McDonald’s to answer the phone so I will never go to that store again and I will never order with GrubHub again from them anyway

Before I place my order a message pops up saying they are only accepting to go orders. I ask an employee about it and they told me to disregard the message. Behind the cash registers was a very cluttered mess of happy meal boxes. I received my food then went to find a seat. Immediately I noticed standing puddles of soda with wet floor signs everywhere. The floors were all sticky and fries and crumbs all over the place. The tables didn’t look like they had been cleaned either. The play place seating was even worse. With juice boxes left on tables fries everywhere and a trash can that had a massive shake leaking out of the bottom of it. This has to be the messiest restaurant I have ever seen in my life. When I told one of the employees he kinda shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal then said he would take care of it.

This is from August 6 2023. I don’t remember asking for a used Mc-bandaid with my fries but I guess it was a free bonus. I will NEVER eat at this establishment again, there is no amount of money on this planet that could convince me otherwise. Health department was called and oddly enough after they visited the inside lobby was closed for a few days, I found that highly suspicious.

If you order anything poultry have them cook it extra. Choose not to and your guaranteed to get food poisoning. They dont understand how a timer works. There management emailed me and talked back to me like a sarcastic teenager. The employees there are fine they are nice. But the food is literally dangerous. I contacted the Monroe County health dept, and filed a report. They are seriously going to get someone sick beyond belief. And I hope the consequences find the people responsible. Please dont eat here go to gas station you have less of a chance to get food poisoning.

The Management on shift need to make sure that food is getting done I got the quarter pounder yesterday and today both times were pink and under cooked.I have had this happen before this and know to check the meat but people that don’t know are going to get sick.
