Yo, I hit the drive-thru and saw a legend in the making. My man at the drive thru register with the gold durag is really the MVP of this franchise.
I asked for that Strawberry Chocolate Swirl and he delivered a masterpiece—NO CAP, he put PURE LOVE into this Frosty. Fast, efficient, and moving with that hustle. If he ain’t getting a MASSIVE RAISE by Monday, y’all TRIPPIN’. BEST service in the game. Get this man his bag!

Go here periodically and this place is consistently bad quality. Dry bread, undercooked or old fries, overcooked nuggets. I don’t think I’ve ever been satisfied and it’s fast food , so my standards are already pretty low. Gave service a 1 star as well bc good service wouldn’t put out this garbage.

As any other food chain, prices are getting higher and the amount of food you get is getting smaller. To spend $35 between 2 meals is a little ones the high side. Thats with me and my 10 year old son. The order was not correct three times in a row, but the staff was proffesional. I just hate to see when a order is wrong, the food is thrown away. Such a waste. I woukd have taken the burger and saved it for later if you were just going to put it in the trash.

This Wendy’s is the worst food establishment I’ve ever been to. If I could give it zero stars I would. When ordering from the drive thru I was rushed and he was rude while also laughing at whatever was happening with his co workers in the background.
I get to the first window and nobody is there for a while so I assume to can move up but there’s no sign to indicate that. He opens the window and I hand him $15 cash because my total was $14 and some change. He hands me ONE drink (my order came with 3) and walks away. A woman appears and hands me out 3 bags, doesn’t say a word then she leaves. He reappears after a minute and says “sorry about that “ and hands me the other two drinks. I parked so my toddler could get her food and I look at her sprite and notice it’s got a brown tint to it. Gross. Thank the good Lord I was paying attention before taking a sip of mine because there was a giant fuzz ball in it and the guy doing the drinks didn’t have a jacket on so I have no clue where it came from.
I sit there another minute before he opens the window and asks if I’m waiting on more food to which I informed him I never got my change. .47 cents isn’t a big deal but all of this compounded was a disgustingly awful experience.

Staff seemed to be severely unorganized and a little “preoccupied.” We sat at the drive trough menu for at least 5 minutes before being told “yeah, you can go head with your order.” Mind you, it was one car and us in the line. Not exactly what you’d call busy. Finally got to the window and buddy was like “what did you order.” Upon actually obtaining the order that had been discussed 3 times at this point, everything was cold and the frys had definitely been sitting for a bit. Sooo yeah, 10/10 wouldn’t recommend even to treat your dog.

First and foremost – dine-in is NOT open at 7am, hence the 3 stars for atmosphere. We wanted to get out of the car.
Employee was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Food was tasty. We ordered two baconator meals, I opted for a croissant instead of the bun). A little confused as the description of the sandwich doesn’t mention sauce, but there is clearly something on mine. Not a fan of it, but the rest of the sandwich is good. Seasoned potatoes were hot and crispy. Wouldn’t call the croissant anything other than a thicker bun (stick to the bun).
All in all a quick & tasty fast food grab if you’re in a hurry. If we pass through this way and need food we’d stop again.

There is a white American lady with blue eyes she say she is the manger name Casey I ordered my food pulled to the window and got a feeling that something was off and she had a nasty attitude for some reason got my food went to food lion across the road park went in came back out and started to eat my nuggets (spicy) and they were nasty and hard look like they were dipped in the grease twice went back and she didn’t want to give me fresh nuggets (spicy) and then threaten to call the police I just got her name took pictures and left o and they said that there receipt machine was

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a Baconator (a number two) and received a grilled chicken sandwich with onion straws and bacon on it. I could not return said item because I was not given a receipt. I was the only person in line when I pulled up. Despite this, they had me pull up to the door and wait an extra 10 minutes before I got my food. In that timeframe, two other cars showed up after me and received their food. This is the seventh time this has happened at this same location. I have attached a picture of the wrong order I received.
